The pool was kind of small and the water was freezing. The good thing was that the weather was hot and sunny.

The staff was very friendly. The unit I got was not what I expected un terms if space. I asked if they can upgrade the unit for a bigger one, they made the accommodations right away, just had to pay for the difference. I was aware I wasn't going to have a stove, the upgrade had a counter electric stove which was very helpful.

The staff updated us with text messages-reminding us of the things we needed. While the cabin did have a coffee maker and filters it did not supply coffee. This was no big deal just most hotels I stay in have coffee. I would just add -bring coffee to the text message.

I was so pleased with everything! The pool was great. The staff supplied us with wood and we had everything we needed and more. I didn't want to leave!

Rooms were comfortable and a nice layout but not very polished. Some doors didn't close that well, I wish the Wi-Fi was better, TV didn't really offer a lot of options. Overall, very very minor complaints.

Fantastic location with easy access to the lake and the village around it. Lovely grounds with plenty of fire pits, a pool and a playground for the kids. Friendly staff too!

Very clean, the woman who checked us in was awesome. Super friendly and happy! She gave us many cool ideas of things to do while in the area. Even lists of foods stores. The cabin was wonderful and comfortable. We had a blast, absolutely going back!

The staff (Chris) was fantastic. He even offered to light a bonfire for me. The cabins were very nice and the facilities were very quiet and peaceful. The pool was great and my kids loved it.

They are using COVID excuse for not cleaning you room, you need to bring your own towels, also bring out the garbage, internet not good. Very loud music noise from guess making it. unpleasant and very intrusive.

Truthfully, I cannot think of anything I would have changed about our stay (other than the fact that I wish we stayed longer).

The facilities were clean, spacious, and comfortable. In addition, the staff were, and I cannot stress this enough, extremely helpful and friendly, and very willing to provide assistance whenever we needed it.

Didn’t dislike anything but maybe a small table in the cottage with couple chairs. Also maybe a shelf under the TV for the TV box and cords instead of them hanging down from the TV. Just a suggestion.

The grounds were very nice and well kept. A swing set and slide for kids and fire pits all around. Pool was beautiful but we were away during the day for events so didn’t get to use it. Staff was very nice and helpful.

I was charged an extra $35/ night for my service animal and was told that they do NOT allow service animals. This is discrimination. I would suggest someone review the ADA rules and regulations. The hot water was warm at best and there was no heat!!

I did not like having to share a fire pit. I did not like the price I paid for how the cabin was built constructed.
