Just need a better type of cleaner. its hard to fight certain smells when a place is old. The rooms just need to be updated

The staff was very nice. The office has been upadated and is nice. The place has obviosly been there for a while. Not a great area but it was for one night.

Mold, dirty, run down, homeless people everywhere, no housekeeping during our stay, large gap between door and door frame

Location to downtown, even the neighborhood was terrible. The bed was comfortable and the TV was awesome

LOCATION. This hotel is right next to a homeless encampment. We were very worried as we pulled in but luckily it was not a problem. There was only one way in and out of the parking lot, so that helped.

This place surprised us a little. The stay itself was comfortable. The room was clean and had basic amenities like coffee, soap, towels. It was quiet in the area. The AC was also quiet but effective.

The office person wasn't at the desk in the middle of the day so we had to wait for him to come back for us to check in, the sheet on the bed had what we hoped were crumbs in them, the shower and multiple parts of the room were dirty, every corner and area near a baseboard was visibly brown from collecting dirt and whatever nasties.the floor was dirty with again wanna hope for crumbs or some sort of sand.the shower only had boiling. Out side there were multiple homeless people screaming next to the gas station thays right infront of the motel. There were multiple bugs in our room and we didn't stay our booked 2 night. We left 4 hours after check in and have still not received our refund even being 3 days later.

It's in a bad neighborhood. Real bad. It was very entertaining but dangerous. The place is run down but you can tell they try. The people who clean the rooms need to do their job. O e side of the pillows were dirty. The up sides were clean. The shampoo bottle was half full.

The person at the front desk was very nice and cool.

Everything ! The room wasn’t very clean there was half eaten food in the refrigerator And I killed 3 cockroaches that crawled out of the coffee pot when I went to make coffee Will not recommend to anyone!

Cleanliness, customer service, police the area, entire experience left me glad my car didn't get broke into.congratualtions on that one accomplishment.

There was blood on the walls. Bugs on the floor. No less than 8 crackheads at any given time. The only positive is they kept the parking lot lights on at night.

I did not get out of my car when I arrived. Vagrants were camped around it. Ugly fencing surrounded it. It was in a very scary neighborhood. Very run down, horrible neighborhood, homeless everywhere, people living here, no housekeeping, mold on ceilings, sticky tables, just needs gutted and redone.

The price was good compared to the hotels in the immediate area

Bathroom fixtures were old and did not look good nor did the toilet work very well. I had to try to flush it several times before it would actually flush.

I didn't know that there was a breakfast so I have no comment here.

I was there for 5 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room once. Also the refrigerator always turned into a freezer no matter what setting it was on

It's close to the downtown area which is great and has an Aldi supermarket right across the road which is helpful
