Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

The legend cation is good and very easy to get to and from Memphis from without being in the city itself. Millington itself I cannot really comment on, we used this as a jumping off spot for Memphis. I would stay here again.

Cheaper rates and they should do a few more upgrades on the site .
The room size was very nice. Enough room to be comfortable. Rhonda is always nice I use this hotel a few times and she goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Her Guest service is one of the reasons I keep returning.

Sad to learn the pool wasn't ready yet for the season.

Beds are a little hard. I usually like hard beds but these ones are particularly hard. Still slept well enough though. Breakfast was nothing to gawk about but it was better than the previous time I stayed here but I don’t usually expect much from a free breakfast so not a major complaint.
This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property but it’s been a few years. We were just passing through on a roadtrip so we liked that it was about 20 minutes outside of Memphis. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Room is a good price especially for what you get

The bathroom was way to small. The door opened in and to close it inside you had to squeeze in beside the toilette.
Everything seemed to work well. The desk lady was very nice and I was able to grab some fruit as I left in the morning. The parking lot seemed very busy.

Furniture was stained and worn out but it looks like they are in the process of replacing them. Room never got serviced even though the service sign was on the door, ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. Not enough towels. Hallway smelled like marijuana even though the rooms say no smoking.
Location and the breakfast was great.

I would not change a thing. It was located a short distance from eating establishments. There was a gas station/convenience store next door. A restaurant located next to the property was closed.
Very comfortable room; very clean. Staff was very accommodating in meeting the needs of my husband; they changed us to an accessible room so that my husband had the use of a recliner to sleep in. Easy access to the room. Breakfast was the usual fare for a budget hotel. Well worth the money!

Breakfast wasn’t appealing, but a host of restaurants are less that 10 mins away.
Location is close to USA fields, which was great. I read the reviews and prepared accordingly (I.e. brought my own blanket). The room was clean and the lady at check in was super friendly.

The fact our frig didnt work and the manager did. Nothing g to help with that nor did he offer us another room..plus he kept acting like we were children and had to tell us move here do this and that...he is not professional enough to have this position.

The water did not stay hot in the shower as long as I would have liked

I saw a few roaches craving on the floor, I didn't like the hardwood floors, I prefer carpet.
I like the Breakfast bar, they had a big variety of pastries, they also had sausage and scrambled , juice Everthing was fresh. They also had cold cereal and milk the breakfast is the strongest aspect of this hotel.

It is a little way out of Millington; (maybe 5mins) nothing horrible. No restaurants around that I noticed.
I felt comfortable being a single traveler. Plenty of outside lights. Rooms was large size; bed was not bad. I didn’t eat breakfast but walked in there and there was a lot to pick from.

We had one great bath towel and two that were way past their "use by" date!
