Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms need to be updated badly and management is a bit odd. Friendly one minute, a bit prissy and big for his britches the next. The bedding wasn't even slightly cozy, sofa worn and room had a smell. And the lady next door tried to accuse me of her man visiting me while she was at work.

It was a good choice as far as the location. It was roomy. The staff gave us the room an extra night for the same price we rented the room for. All in all it was great!!

The guy that run the property at night need to be more nice
The first room we got was leaking and the guy that was handling the property kinda rude at first but he put us in the second room and it was very nice and comfy..by the way the lady in the office in the morning was extremely nice and helpful

The outdated furniture. The loud yelling lady with her 4 screaming kids down the hall...but that's not the hotels fault.
The rooms are spacious and I enjoyed the kitchen options. Rooms cancel out any noise from the outside, thank goodness.Windows open. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's generally clean and well maintained. Good value for money. Mike's super nice and helpful.

Seems like people live there long term and are loud. Chest of drawers showing much wear. Spigot at kitchen sink needs screw to connect handle. No clean towels just one set for the week and room not cleaned or trash emptied all week. Given wrong sized room upon arrival. Did switch rooms.
Bed was comfortable. Kitchen good with essentials.

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations. Visiting your child on a military base is always going to be an emotional time, and it was great not to have to stress about accommodation on any level.
The room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect if you're visiting one of the military bases. After spending a small fortune on flights and a rental car, I didn't want to go broke on a hotel, but I also hate staying in depressing places. This was perfect: cheerful, clean, pleasant from the outside, easy parking, easy to get to. In particular, the hotel's management was excellent. They were super responsive to messages, gave me all the info I needed, arranged a smooth and easy after-hours check-in, and were attentive and concerned. Very happy with my interactions with the manager, and will definitely stay here again.

they let us do a late check in and was able to extend our stay. staff was very helpful and communicated with us about what we needed to do for the late check in. the bed is stiff, but super comfortable. i think it’s the best sleep i’ve gotten in weeks! within walking distance to walmart which is very nice. the kitchen came in very handy!

Some cosmetic issues such as dents/ rust stains on the refrigerator, damage to the bathroom door, and paint issues in the bathroom. Also, stains on the rug in the bedroom.

The room had a strange odor, kind of musty, kind of like old smoke. The décor could be upgraded, the furniture needs a little bit more work. The bathroom was kinda small. Need more mirrors.

Sometime the suites are smaller than what they look like on the site which can be disappointing if you thought you were booking one of the larger suites.
Mike, the manager was very friendly and attentive to any request.

Bed was very noisy. But it appear management has been working on updating these. The volume on the TV did not work. During the day the volume is fine but if you sleep with TV on it is too loud. This would NOT stop me from staying here.

Beds and pull out couch was not comfortable at all. Staff was nice, but we had to go out and buy our own towels and wash clothes. Facility only supplied 2 sets of towels and wash clothes the 4 nights we stayed. No room services, no bed changes or room cleaning.
I like the size of the room. Apartment fill. We were able to buy our own food and keep it in the fridge and cook on a stove. Really like that!!! A savings. We didn't have to eat out every night.
