the first night the guest in the top floor seemed like they were having a fight and argued and yell all night. def did not enjoy that however the owner apologized to us the next day and stated it was taken care off.

me and my family were there for an event and we liked it very much, mike the owner was very nice and helpful with everything. the apartment was way bigger than expected and very clean, def will come back!

I loved every single minute of my stay here! The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was clean, as were all the dishes supplied. The bathroom was the perfect size for us! 10/10 will be staying here again!

Very few required pieces for an efficiency accommodation. Coffee maker but no filters. No toaster. Sink but no dish cloths or dish rack.

It was an efficiency accommodation with a separate bedroom, bathroom and a combo dining room/kitchen/living room.

I booked the room through a third party site. When I got to Affordable Suites, they could not find the reservation. He said that they were all booked up, but if they weren't he would have rented us a room. I thanked him and as I proceeded to leave, I found the reservation and the manager apologized for the confusion. The reservation did not show up on his end from the 3rd party. Since I had the reservation already, he called Candlewood and explained our situation. After speaking with their manager, he told me that they had a room. I already prepaid for our room, so he just paid the difference which was $100 more and apologized again for the mishap. That was very nice of him and they will always have my business!

There were a number of sketchy occupants, including the neighbor who kept trying to sell me things in the parking lot. The room on the other side had about 6 children that screamed night and day.

That the was a pair of jeans left in the closet. A ball of hair behind the end stand. A long term guest played their music so loud you could hear it plain as day in our room. After the manager talked to the person, that settled but then the person was screaming st someone outside on more than one occasion.

Personally didn't get to meet the staff but they were very informative over the phone and had a fantastic after hours check in policy! Very clean and the air was on a perfect 68 degrees upon entering the room!

the only thing I wasn’t big on was the weird smell in the bedroom. smelled a cross between alcohol and something finicky. only in that areas . after hours didn’t smell any more

very home feel. liked the living room and kitchen separate from bedroom. it was emasculate and clean kitchen fully stocked and just all around great. made two meals spagetti and breakfast with ease ease just bring a cloth or sponge for dishes . bathroom roomy and clean and shower relaxing . bedroom nice and spacious good location to Walmart and dollar tree and restaurants . beach’s only 45 mins away or so from emeralds isle or topsail. 1hr from Wilmington. the owner runs it ski s h txts you the day of with convenient instructions on checkin and check out.

Beds are horrible. Felt every spring and lump. Didn't sleep well at all. Alot of traffic coming through to see people that was there. Seemed shady to me. My room was not clean at all, eventhough house keeping had just left right before I walked in. Dead flies in the window sills. I didn't trust the towels or wash cloths went to Walmart to purchase my own. Dog hair on comforter and blankets that where on the bed, which leaves me to believe they don't change the blankets in between guests......... Run...Run.... Run...

When I had a compliant about the noise above my head and people being loud outside the management took care of it.
