Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

WiFi would not work, tv would not work as WiFi did not work. The shower was Luke warm for 2 mornings then my husband removed the lever and moved the position of it so it could move higher on the hot side which then fixed the problem, after staff said it was because it was a cold few days that the water takes longer to heat up. The breakfast was minimal, we never ate there. There was not enough bedding, I had to borrow a blanket from my daughter as I was not warm enough at night. When we checked out the person who helped us was pacing and mumbling under his breath with a hoodie up over his head, he barely said a word to us directly, and never went behind the counter so we hope he was the guy working.
It was a clean and comfortable with plenty of space.

I stayed in the old unupdated room on 1st floor. Room had dirty carpet, stained sheets, holes in walls, saw crickets and roaches.
Location and value are great. Overall I'd stay again. Just make sure you get the deluxe updated rooms they are muuuuch nicer than the older rooms.

I HAVE NO BAD COMMENTS.!!!
Everything , literally!!! We stayed in the pool after hours , no one ever bothered us NOT ONE TIME ‼️ we even had our music on and BBQ I definitely enjoyed my stay and I will be back!!

That it was non smoking. Had to go outside everytime. All motels cater to non-smokers that isn't fair to smokers.
Nice clean big room. Price was very good. Swimming pool was open. Yea!!

The building is old, ceiling falling in. Paint peeling on the exterior. Terrible location with lights shining in the room from a 24 fast food drive through. The walls are thin,noise from next room kept us awake.we

The gentleman the next morning was awesome.
Upon arrival they gave us our room key. We went to our room could not get in because someone was in there. After a couple of tries the girl said oh I'm just moving you to another room. Also they did not offer any kind of protein. beds were uncomfortable and linens smelled like they had not been washed they had body odor,

First off this property give to my fiancé a Trespassing Warrant after we spent over $2,000 for over a month staying this Horrible place for none sense reason. He complained the Internet many times cause his job had to involve good internet connection which they never fix it. Then the Indian owner or Manager call a cops to arrest my Fiancé cause he got mad cause they never fix the internet.I’ll make sure to sue this place and give they deserve! You can’t be just kick out some tenants cause your the owner you can do whatever! only refunded $180 for 5 days left. Front desk even so rude at me over the phone. No manners!This place is a total Mess!
