Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

$12 Breakfaat at the sports bar was meh.
Shuttle every hour from airport to hotel. King size bed is very comfortable We had a good meal at the sports bar there. Good place for a transit stay to catch our connecting flight the next day

Nothing really! Just be aware the shuttle goes once an hour and will most likely be at the airport 04.05 pm, 05.05pm, 06.05pm (etc.)
Great value for money. Clean, close to the airport. Shuttle available once an hour (on the hour exactly) from the hotel to MIA airport. Staff was great, rooms nice. Great to book before you go flying!

The mattress was very soft and there was a lot of noise from the airplanes outside. But the worst thing was the extremely loud air conditioning.
The staff was extremely nice and the shuttle to the airport also worked extremely well.

However, the staff seemed a bit disengaged or bored during my visit.
The accommodation has a great location near the airport, which is convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. There's an option to purchase breakfast at a nearby restaurant. The property also features a nice swimming pool, although it's worth noting that there is no elevator.

Pool had no heating - brrrrrr.
It's well set up as a transfer hotel. Great beds and tiny but great efficacy of rooms with blackout curtains. The sports bar at this hotel is AMAZING.

Wish the shuttle ran every half hour instead of hourly. Restaurant was playing loud (and not very good) music, which lessened the enjoyment of my meal.
Airport shuttle available round the clock. Comfortable bed. Quiet room.

Shuttle only runs on the hour and not clear where to get it at the airport - ended up getting a taxi. Room right on the highway so trucks and cars started belting by before 5am. Have to pay extra for breakfast. Old and run down place.

Pool was very dirty with debris. Beds could be more comfortable. Close to the highway and airport, so can be noisy at some times of the day, short stay for us, so wasn’t a big issue.
Great location by the airport and near great restaurants. Room and building is very clean and lots of vending machines for convenience. Free shuttle to airport was great. Very large shower. Nice relaxing area around the pool. Great sports bar on site. Early check- in for extra charge was a nice feature and luggage storage. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help you.

The only downside is the shuttle FROM the airport comes once an hour. Usually around 15 minutes past. Both trips we’d just missed it, we rang and were told it would be 20 minutes so decided to stay and wait and it was closer to 40. We were just unlucky and I didn’t know the system. Next time I will just grab an Uber.
Great location for the airport. Pool and sports bar (old toms) were great. Service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfy. Shuttle service to the airport was very efficient and saved about $18+ each way on Uber. We actually stayed twice.

The second floor only has stairway (mostly narrow) access, with mo elevator. Difficult with full sizedsuit cases. We waited o er an hour for the shuttle.
The location was excellent. There was a sports bar attached to the hotel with good food selections.
