Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing we didn't like. There is no breakfast included and you have to pay a resort tax but this was made clear on the booking.
We stayed at the end of a roadtrip as a treat from staying in motels. The quality of room, comfort and décor was very high. Plenty of free parking. Pool was a good size for swimming. It was more money than elsewhere but it was a nice place.

United States of AmericaI called before I booked to ask cost of dog. I was told no charge. Got there & was told $75. I don’t consider that Pet Friendly. Booking.com should list the charge for a pet. It spoiled my whole stay. I would not have booked a room there

United States of AmericaIt was a little noisy where I was at. The people across the hall were up all night slamming their door and talking loud.
Location was great. Hotel was beautiful. Staff was very nice. Room was big and comfy bed. Loved the bathroom.

United States of AmericaI can't say I didn't like anything.
The location was very nice. The room was pretty large for a hotel room and had a balcony to boot. There is a restaurant in the hotel so it was a one stop shop!

United States of AmericaThe restaurant could be better. Food a little salty and arrived not quite hot enough- coffee not hot. Rooms still have old style spray ceiling and old furniture.
I liked the Spanish theme, the big fireplace and the staff. The bathroom was nice, very modern. It was walkable to old town and the Sawmill food court. I loved that.

United States of AmericaWe had to use valet parking one evening. I think the Sawmill customers are using your lot and there were no spaces. Fortunately, we did not need to leave very early in the morning, which could've been a problem since Valet would not be open.
The woman sho cleaned our room was FANTASTIC , room 1012.

United States of AmericaFireplace at the end of the lobby, restaurant and bar, courtyard, right next to Hotel Chaco and across the street from Sawmill Marketplace. There is no airport shuttle, but you can book an uber or supershuttle for a decent price. Hotel toiletries were great. Deep bathtub great for a bath. Clean room, comfortable beds, free wifi worked great. Would stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe first night I had a small disturbance with an high school members being too loud in the hall.
Food was exceptional…Had dinner and drinks at Garduno’s! Flamenco at the resort was wonderful, dinner was scrumptious! Had drinks in the wine bar, the jazz trio were excellent accompaniment to my night caps! The rooms were nice , mine overlooked the garden and small fountain. Very nice and relaxing in the middle of everything. Well Pleased. Looking forward to returning with some friends

United States of AmericaThere wasn't a microwave available in the room - we had to call the front desk to request for one to be brought up to our room. Even then, they didn't have enough microwaves in the hotel and couldn't bring one up to our room until the next day. There also is no ventilation/fan in the bathroom so it can get quite stuffy in there. Parking was generally OK, but if you're there on a Friday night or Saturday, parking can be a bit hard to find due to parties/events during those times.
The room was clean and spacious. The property is walking distance to Old Town. There are restaurants within the hotel lobby as well as a Sawmill District Food Court one block away - very convenient if you don't want to go far for food or if you don't even want to venture out of the hotel at all. There is a nice outdoor pool and a small hot-tub available.
