Room was a little small - but already knew that before I booked. Then again, I wasn't there to sit in my room.

Loved the location and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel had drinks meet and greet in the early evening where we met folks from different areas of the Country. We came in a rental car and there was a parking garage just down the street next to a CVS and Starbucks. We walked from/back to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell - everything was located less than a miles away - with lots of things to look at while walking there.

The mattress was rock hard making it difficult to sleep. There is no parking or loading zone out the front, so you have to drive a while to find somewhere to legally get your bags out of the car.

Good location, amazing evening and breakfast service included.

    No parking

Location was good. Staff very nice. We did not know that they did not have parking and that was an additional cost. The room we had was very bright and the venetian blinds did not keep the sun out in the mornings. The Continental breakfast was okay.

We had to leave by 6 am. The person at the desk said that breakfast would be served at that time. However, in the morning we were told that breakfast would serve at 7.

It was in a good location.

The flat screen TV in my room was pretty small and a really old model, don't usually complain about things like that but with how nice everything else was I was surprised they had a TV like that. Also, the phone in my room did not work. I checked to see if the cord was plugged into the wall and found that the cord was completely cut in two.

The place was beautiful, clean and the staff were friendly. Also , they had a free wine tasting in the lounge the evening I stayed there, not sure if they do it every evening but either way was a great way to relax after a busy day.

Building was quite warm and we were advised there was no individual temperature control option in the rooms. We were able to open the window though, and got the space cooled off that way. Attempted to reach the front desk by phone several times with general questions - nobody ever answered.

The evening snacks were great! Front desk staff were helpful in person.

-Mediocre to low-end breakfast. Too much of the sweet treats whereas something energetic that could help you active for a few hours is lacking. I felt like they could swap the "wine & cheese" evenings with the breakfast and this would do. -The street is noisy but the staff was kind enough to provide earplugs -Definitely a bit dated property but well-maintained

-More affordable than hotels in the local area (but still a considerable amount) -Walkable distance to metro & buses -Different facilities nearby such as cafes & small corner shops -Close to the Old Town. -Responsive staff -Great wine & cheese evenings

It was a little tacky with the red slipcovers over the sofas and chairs in dining room area. The beds were too firm for me…on a platform with no boxspring and truly uncomfortable. They have one small elevator so at times like checkout, it could be a wait.

It was quiet, clean, very reasonably priced for Philadelphia, and offered a continental breakfast (yummy croissants) and a wine and cheese social every night. In addition, they give a voucher for $10 off the 24 hour parking at a local garage.

A little dated and HDMI is not accessible on the TVs. Big deal if you have little gamers traveling with consoles.

The staff was amazing! Honestly, would return just because of them and the location. Very close to Terminal Market. The hotel itself is okay, but becomes great with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Big thanks to Sharita and Danielle for a nice stay!
