Some service animals were allowed to roam unleashed which can be un-nerving especially with big dogs.

Hotel was safe, clean, comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. Very pleasant atmosphere located in a very quiet area but close enough to shopping to make it convenient. Rooms were spacious, comfortable with excellent HVAC, and had plenty of laydown room for luggage. Great value for the money!

Arrived and system was down. Couldn’t check in for 2hs. When a room was assigned it was a mess, not cleaned. Next day went for breakfast and they were out of eggs!! Couldn’t believe.

Hard to Find as no signage - There was no signage on the road for the motel & the motel is set quite a way back off the road, behind a conference center. Our satellite navigator took us to an abandoned motel (which turned out to almost next door to the Avalon Motel) & we then drove down the road & sought directions from another motel (who were happy to assist)

Staff were very friendly & helpful, room was very clean & a generous size. The breakfast was adequate.

Construction was underway near the back of the hotel and unfortunately, our suite was at the end of the hotel and our car was the only one in the parking lot near our room. Although the lot was well lit, we decided to park in the front of the building and walk inside to the opposite end of the hotel.

The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a separate living area with a TV and a full-sized kitchen. The kitchen included all of the amenities needed, just like home. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast offered.

Renovation still going so no pool for now and there's a layer of dust on the floors and windows, there's no sign outside so a little difficult to find

The bathroom door. It's a barndoor slide style and maybe not perfectly leveled, so it would slide open if you didn't hold it.

it needs a curb appeal update… surrounding property needs to be cleaned up. the door to room was a little hard to open, and you could really use some new carpet down the hallways!

The hotel is undergoing a name change and renovations were underway. It was obvious that the new owners were aware of the need to update the hotel. Because of the updates being done, I believe that minor things like, the television volume in the sitting area was low, will be addressed.

The hotel was quite and the suite was spacious. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, containing pots, pans, dishes and utensils. I was also pleased that there was a working dishwasher with necessary cleaning products, i,e, dish towels, liquid soap and dishwasher pods.
