Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Floors needed mopping in the room. Hotel is located near a train track so if you’re a light sleeper, you may not like the noise.
Breakfast was real good. Lots of hot and cold options. Location was outside the busy tourist area which worked for us but it was easy to get downtown from our location.

The breakfast was fair and had limited options. The pancake machine was broken and sometimes a long wait for the one toaster. Certain items in the room had not been cleaned in a while such as the base of lamps and clock. Not a good place for late sleepers…..gets very noisy after 8…..and train horns on some nights
Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. Good shower. Pool and workout room. Convenient and free parking Food and pharmacy close by

very narrow shower cubicle. very little space in the bathroom. There are not enough hooks for things. one on the door and the second above the toilet (I didn’t want to risk things) the air conditioner worked well, thank you for that. our room was in another building, not the main one.

2. Breakfast - Everything except the breads was watered down. Even the sausage patties had a mushy soft consistency like they were boiled. We watched a young lady pour more water into the runny grits, making them inedible soup.
1. Room - I requested a room on the second floor, which enabled me to keep an eye on the vehicle. The room was large and clean. I liked the table and chairs outside the door for convenience and people watching.

The guys doing drugs in the room next door all night long. Then talking all night. Toilet seat was chipped in several places. Shower caulking was a mess. Pancake machine took forever for tiny pancakes. Get 3 waffle makers.

instructions about the AC unit. Was in celsius and though I could make the conversion, it would have been nice to have instructions about how all the modes and buttons affected the air flow since it was above the bed.

The floors need to be cleaned. Black shows up on your feet If the floors get cleaned you wouldn't have black on your feet

Mattress was a little uncomfortable.
The room was large and had a couch. The location was close to downtown. The breakfast was good. There was coffee in the main part. I really can't say anything bad about the place. I would stay here again. The price was good.

Construction noise on very loud traffic corner kept us up most of the night. Thank goodness for ear plugs and also nothing closeby for a drink or a bite. But nice place otherwise. Noise was probably just that evening due to construction on road. Not as fancy as on pics. It's a poshed up little Inn. And that was what we needed. So thanks to the great staff again.
Very nice front desk Ok breakfast. Tons of plastic waste but very good coffee all day and very nice people at front desk.

Pullout couch was a cheap manky futon !
The breakfast was good, what you would expect ! Everything was fresh. It is a good location if you are just passing thru but you will have to drive to get to the historic downtown area. Parking is expensive.

Sadly, so much could be improved. The bathroom was clean but so old. The showerhead was ancient and water pressure, morning and evening, wasnt enough to get the shampoo out of my hair. The tables (for breakfast) were all dirty, EVERY SINGLE ONE. How is that even possible ? The check-in clerk never smiled, it was like we were bothering her, and when checking out the desk clerk NEVER looked up from her phone .. I got her attention but again, no smile; same staff member maybe? Not sure but I know we won't be back; one of the most unwelcoming places I've ever been to.
The bedding was so fluffy and cozy, it was dreamy to sink into. The location was good for us.. a bit down the road but walkable to the Uptown shops, coffee shops and restaurants. In better weather this would have been a great place to use your own bike and ride to old section of town.

The water never got hot it was warm and the shower door didn’t close so I was freezing while taking a shower since was really cold weather. But other than that everything was good.
Great location,breakfast and spacious room. Walking distance to cvs and Walgreens in case u need anything also a good Mexican restaurant right in front of hotel.

The photo it shows in the internet does not match with the rest of teh property, only the lobby/entrance is nicely decorated, the rest of the facility looks poor and no clean.

R X R . there’s not anything you can do about it. I’ve been in Hotels that were noisier but much farther away from the tracks.
The breakfast was good. it saves us from running around trying to find something to eat. We could start exploring right from the Flagler.
