There's no one in the house if you need assistance. We needed to store our luggage somewhere before changing rooms and it was hard to get a reply. The rooms and bathrooms are not deep cleaned between stays.

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms, they were both spacious with bathrooms inside, the house looked nice, the kitchen could be used. Entering the house and rooms was easy with the codes. The neighborhood was quite and pretty centric.

No detergent for doing my laundry, I'm not gonna buy a whole jug of detergent while I'm travelling. Wi-Fi was not the fastest but good enough.

Nice location. Rooms are not small and mattress is comfortable enough. Kitchen is equipped with basics allowing for some small cooking if you so desire. For what I paid it was nice.

Shower was not clean from previous guests. Broken blinds (can’t shut slats) with windows next to street lamps made room not very dark at night. Easy to hear other guests on property (converted home with common space).

The neighbourhood did not feel very safe. There were some minor ventilation/aircon problems with the room but they got fixed during my stay. Someone started to play lound music at 7 AM (maybe a guest, maybe a neighbour)

The kitchen was clean ,and had plenty of utensils . But the few food supplies were past or near expiration , but I wasn't expecting breakfast. There were coffee makers but NO coffee. I had hoped for at least some coffee.

Attractive exterior. Entry way and halls very clean. There were NO stange odors like some hotels. Apartment and shower were very clean. Bed was medium firm, I didn't sink and get lost in it. Quieter neighborhood. Overall. THANK YOU . !

The only thing to mention is that we had a cold day and the temperature was a bit low.

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife. Place was spotless! We had one main table, which we used mainly to eat, and a desk perfect for the laptop. Nice and clean bathroom. Great location! We could find parking a few blocks from the apartment.

This is an old town house that was nicely renovated, but there is not too much of sound isolation between rooms. Also, our room had a big gap between the door and the floor, so you could hear what is going on in the hallway and around. Reducing sound leaks will be beneficial for comfortable stay.

Free parking closed by. Just pay attention to parking hour restrictions. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spotless.

They need to put in some new curtains and blinds that keep out the light. Nothing closes completely and the room lights up at the crack of dawn. I don’t like that there are no individual per room temperature controls. It wasn’t a problem but I imagine it could be for some who require different heat or cold than the general public. It’s central to the entire place.

I was pleasantly surprised that the property lived up to its excellent reviews. Easy to access. The room was large very well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. It’s like a cross between a boutique hotel, a BnB, and an Airbnb with a full well appointed community kitchen on the first floor. The location is excellent for any activity in the Philadelphia area. The cost value is marvelous. And you don’t have to pay for parking. Plenty of street parking and we came in after 2 AM. I will be back on future visits to Philadelphia.

There was a lovely kitchen, but I saw absolutely no breakfast. I suppose I could've cooked something if I had anything, but I did not have anything and there was nothing available that I saw. Wasn't expecting that. Ran out of hot water in the morning shower. Parking was not as easy as expected - much of the area was 2 hr only. The temperature in the building was set and unchangeable, but could've been a touch warmer. The place was sparse and not too cozy.

Info about getting in was smooth and clear. The place was amazingly clean and crisp. Spacious.

there are some sketchy Neighborhoods close by. The room was nice and clean, but can tell they do not keep it up as much as maybe is needed. The blinds on the window were broken. The bathroom faucet was loose. In general a very nice place though, and just needs a little up keep.

You have to find your parking spot some streets away. AC cannot be adjusted: was ok on third floor, but terrible on 2nd - 14• Celsius/57• Fahrenheit is far too cold in the bath room.

We had stayed in one of their other properties and really liked it but his one was felt sketchy. Our room was in the basement of the property and the noise of the other guests walking in the kitchen above made it difficult to sleep.

When we entered the house with the code we were given, the alarm went on and we didn’t know how to turn it off. We pressed a number and after 5 minutes it started a again. We pressed a different number because there was no phone number to contact the hosts, as we were communicating with messages and the response from the host wasn’t fast enough to help us with this issue. Although the room was clean enough as I said, the bathroom was equipped with the bare minimum. Like, we got very small and worn out towels and just one per person. (there were no extras really). Unfortunately, the internet was not working properly. The first night we couldn’t fall asleep, because there was a very disturbing alarm going on from the street (which wasn’t really the hosts fault) but after we contacted them that night that we would like to change the room since we were the only guests in three floors house with many rooms in it, and there was a complete radio silence from the hosts. The second night we woke up around 4 because there was shouting and screaming right on our street and the police was chasing some people. So, it does gave us the chills that maybe the neighborhood was a bit sketchy.

The place was clean, the location was pretty central so we could walk to most of the places, there was a free street parking one of two blocks away.
