I can't complain about anything.

Location was great. Off season so no breakfast provided. The room was spotless and beautifully appointed. The bed was cozy and comfortable. Kuerig coffee in room with fridge and microwave. No closet, but some hooks and large drawers for clothes.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

6 Stars out of 5! Way above and beyond, made our trip very enjoyable. With space to spread out everything was wonderful. Price was right where we needed, location was convenient , and although we were off season in April the amenities were plentiful. During the busy season they have even more. Check-in and out was seamless and easy. They even left the light on for us because we were arriving after dark.

Just had an informal comfort element to it . Nice whicker chairs and table to sit outside at door of each unit. Welcoming water and snacks. Fire pit lit in center of green space at night. Surprisingly "good" coffee in room Kerig.

This was completely my own fault but I stayed in Number 1 and we didn't have alot of room we were travelling from Ireland so had alot of luggage ect but I will know for the next time 😄

Excellent location very quiet area but close to Harwich and you can walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pool with comfortable chairs to relax on and enjoy the sun. Excellent hosts welcomed us when we arrived at the house. In the morning there is tea coffee juice bagels and fruit provided which was a lovely touch. We had a coffee machine microwave and fridge in the room. Great house keeping every day we were offered towels and anything else we required

Our room looked like it was newly renovated and had all the amenities, we wanted and more. There was a beautiful living room with a TV, fireplace, coffee station and a basket of complimentary snacks and water. Our bathroom was large and modern with a jacuzzi tub big enough for two. Our bedroom looked over the beautiful pool and had a sitting area, a king sized comfortable bed with head and foot controls and another TV. Everything was sparkling clean. The large nautical themed breakfast room is right off the pool and had a great selection of breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit coffee and teas. The pool area had a very intimate vibe. We were able to have some great conversations with other guest who were staying at the rental. We are definitely going back.

The owners/hosts were very friendly and gave us information about activities in the area during our stay. The support staff were helpful and courteous. At breakfast there was iced coffee, freshly brewed coffee and teas available, as well as fresh fruit, yogurts and packaged pastry products. The facilities were very clean and the grounds had very nice plantings.

The bed could have been a little more firm but that's my personal preference. We had no trouble sleeping.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. The room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff is a family and they all couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. They even had welcome snacks! I would definitely stay here again!!

It had been many years since we had stayed on Cape Cod. Being near the ocean, the room always maintained a level of claminess inside despite running the air conditioning 24/7. BUT that is due to being on Cape Cod, NOT to this property in particular.

Property location is extremely quiet, grounds are beautiful with flowering perennials & shrubs, our room was meticulously clean. Owners are lovely & very accomodating.

We loved our stay. Loved the pool. The room was excellent and the housekeeper on the property was so nice. We arrived a bit earlier and she immediately got our room ready. Beautiful setting with lots of flowers. So close to everything. We loved our stay.

The landscaping was beautiful and created a very relaxing environment. Our room was beautiful and the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The shower in our room was amazing and the towels were super soft. We loved everything about this place. We met the owner Joe and he was super nice. We will definitely be back to stay.
