No safe in the room

The spot was great and very convenient. All sorts of activities and dining right at your footsteps. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Not often you come across a pool that’s over 6 ft. Very relaxing overall and would gladly come back.

We we not old where the basics were, we had to go searching for the pool and gym. Staff was very polite but we were not greeted with the normal checking in basics . My room was located in the 1st floor and it was very noisy at times.

One of the elevators were out but they had a freight elevator that guests could also use to help.

Location is excellent. Beds were very comfy and the hotel overall was great.

I did like the breakfast. There was a variety of items just not to my taste. An what you got is what most other hotels give for free of charge.

I liked how clean the room was and the towel shaped like a swan.

The staff was very friendly… I loved the location it is near EVERYTHING! A lot to do for sure! Universal studios is literally 15 mins away… tons of restaurants in the area… the hotel was very clean!

Minor inconvenience of Ice machine not working on my floor.

Great location right across Icon Park. Nicely sized clean room. Nice and clean pool area. Friendly and attentive staff. Extra perk as a guest you can access heated indoor pools in YMCA facility right next door.

Small flies coming of the bathroom sink. Small flies around the breakfast area. No shuttle for the airport Huge pump around the pool making loud noise Wifi not reaching the pool

The toilet flush is too loud, but its fine for us. Frontdesk Service was not perfect because we book for 2 queen beds but they put standard king. I had to explain 4 times and showed them my booking.com reservations. Eventually, they put us in 2 queen beds. Our reservation literally said 2 beds but the frontdesk argued with me. I was not pleased with that frontdesk, she had an accent but she didnt give me a good reasoning especially with my proof. The other staff helped her and she eventually agreed with me. They said that standard room can either be king or queen in which we did not choose standard. We chose 2 queen beds a month in advance. MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE 2 QUEEN BEDS, not standard because they said "standard" is any room available. Anyways, the next days were nice, there were different frontdesk people the next days and they were very accommodating and smiling

We had a beautiful experience in the hotel! Although not perfect, but it is in good location. Close to shops and restaurant. The hotel have their own restaurant which opens at 4 pm, a good place to hang out if you need a less crowded and not loud restaurant. The rooms are clean. Picture exactly as it appears on their website. Bathroom is big. They clean everyday and replenish towels. We stayed on the 7th floor which is very quiet. We stayed for 5 days. The lobby is really cozy. The breakfast was delectable and dinner was more like indian style. The chicken furry was good for 1 person only but it's was perfectly cooked. The hotel is walking distance to ICON park. The pool is very nice as well. Wifi is not working consistently in our room. But in the lobby it was fine. Choose a top floor so that you can view the beautiful sunset on the back side of the hotel, facing opposite ICON park. The housekeeping crew were very respectful when I met then in the hallway.
