Using Booking.com to book "including breakfast" does not work well with this hotel. The booking including breakfast did not show up in their system, which was very frustrating as I paid $40 extra for breakfast to be included. The front desk staff eventually gave me breakfast coupons because I kept insisting and showing my Booking.com res

The hot tub was out of commission. There was also two different occasions of police being called in the middle of the night.

The desk staff are quick, courteous and helpful. The food and beverage staff are top notch and the food good. I found the rooms comfy and well appointed.

The doors are heavy therefore super loud. Not the hotel’s fault but intoxicated guests shouting into the hallway at 3:30am for over 10 minutes and slamming doors which was unfortunate and took some time before staff came in and try to settle them. Also internet signal in the loft is quite spotty (1-2 Barres) so if you need it for your stay… we had to get up at 6am in the morning and moved to the lounge area in order to catch up on work while away. Not convenient for everyone.

It was good to have access to the bench-table area and beds were really good. Toilet flush is loud but at least it works properly. Lounge area has games and books for chatting/ working which is great. We didn’t have a chance to try the small pool and it was too cold/ snowy for the outdoor chilling area but it looked great! The vibe is great inside. Parking is fine. Location is fine too. Interesting decoration (spot the alien, ufo, giraffe in the wallpaper). Loved that it had original artwork throughout the place!

i didnt like room 246 tv, the wifi was disconnected and I wasnt able to watch anything but be on my phone on the wifi.

I like how tv was big enough for the room, elevator was fast and nice location.

Bathroom toilet seat cover fell off. The "potty room" had a door, but the Shower area did not - it was wide open to the room and to the entry door. Not only was there no privacy, but the entire Shower and sink area was cold, since there was no door to corral the heat for that area! That bothered me enough that I would not stay again!

Clean, modern design. Facilities are well thought out. Love the pool and hot tub. As a local who occasionally stays at hotels to use the pool and hot tub, Aloft is one of the most comfortable.

Need a shelf in the shower and a hook by the sink. Would prefer if the light from the sink area didn’t light up the bedroom.

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities looked extremely nice, but we unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy them.

The neighbourhood in Midtown isn’t exactly walkable or near much of where we were interested in going, but it’s a short Uber or cab to downtown.

The hotel is new and clean. It has great amenities (pool, gym, lounge, games, pool table). The rooms are modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a Lyft ride to the airport as part of the stay.

My room was clean but not super clean - there was toothpaste on one of the walls, the bedside table needed a scrub (just two things but otherwise clean).

Stained furniture, bathroom with no door, poor quality tea, only three towels for a booking for 4 people, refrigerator with no freezer, no real glass glasses - only 2 plastic ones (again for 4 people), no shampoo. All these seem like trivial complaints - and they would be, except we paid almost $400 for one night. For that much money I expect higher quality.

Not much to chose from but what we had was good. I did appreciate the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We had 6 adults and 3 rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was expensive and parking was a bit of a chore.

We absolutely love the fun atmosphere the hotel has. The pool was fantastic for my two young children. And we appreciate the security measure of only being able to access the elevator with a guest key card.

rooms were SMALL, the bathroom had NO PRIVACY being open to the rest of the room. Even the toilet was questionably private.
