We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaMore defined timeline for the shuttle would be nice. As is, "come 15 mins before you want to leave" yet shuttle driver did not appear for another 35-40 minutes after I did as instructed. More menu options for the bar would also be nice.
Grounds and lobby were clean and tidy. Room was also fine. Staff was not readily accessible in the early morning hours.

Walking in to the hotel room, it looks and feels like a forest star. The decor and overall aesthetic was top-notch. It takes someone to do some investigating to really understand why it’s a three star hotel. But they worked wonderfully with what they had in the room was just really nice.

United States of AmericaNote, We booked this room way in advance. We were given a handicap room but we’re not handicapped. Part of the wall was covered over in plastic for obvious repair of something. I notified the check-in girl about our room being handicap and she said that it was OK, Her manager assigned the room to us because there was a large a group coming in, but I did not see any large groups at all. In fact we hardly saw anyone.
