The doors are heavy + always sound like everyone’s slamming them shut =Thud. also the shower has NO where for you to put any of your own personal toiletries except for the floor?

Staff is friendly & accommodating. I called front desk for a blow dryer & they delivered it right away. I opted for the breakfast included w/ King Room & when I checked in I received vouchers I could use each morning

The repetitive news scroll in the lobby. Who needs that? I don’t know if that is intended to be decorative, but we all have phones and can get a new scroll at any moment. Nobody needs repetitive bad news.

The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.

Extremely loud, heavy doors you can hear throughout the hall. Also no cover for the mattress which was stained. The sheets were clean but due to bed bugs I always look to see if the mattress is contained.

You could hear noise from other nearby rooms and from the above floor - when someone was walking in the room above ours in the higher floor you could hear them - you could wakeup during the middle of the night due to the noise.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our transport to the airport was super early and our return flight was really late. Transportation was always readily available and the drivers were excellent. We will stay here any time we have flights out of Cleveland now!

Rooms where dirty when we got there. We had to wait extra 2 hours in the lobby. There were shoe prints on the chairs in the lobby, the lobby was dirty, the staff was rude.

VERY OVERPRICED !! we spent $1,135 for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Ive stayed at hotels on the beach in West Palm Beach Florida with rooftop dinning and pool. Did the samething 2 rooms 2 nights and spent apx $900 or we even stayed in the Margaritaville in Gatlinburg Tennessee and same amount of rooms and for 4 days and spent $1,200. Theres a sign at check in that if ypu use a debit card you will be charged twice and upon check out the 2nd charge will drop from your account 5-7 days later or use a credit card it says. There's only 1 entrance and 1 elevator to get inside and to get to the rooms. So that makes the parking suck due to having to walk so far to one entrance. It's very over priced and not kept up for the small rooms you get. The shower is tiny and there's pink mold on the grout. The carpets are dark blue with a design and they look filthy. We got 2 rooms woth 2 queens in each. 1 room out of each room didn't have a fitted sheet and the tags were all at the top. (Not made right) oh and the squished the pillows into the pillowcase and made them the size of small throw pillows for a couch. If you moved to much in the room the amount of dust flying around had me gagging. An last but not least, the coffee pot that's in the room was disgusting so we checked th other room and it was worse. It was dusty and dirty and had very obvious white hard water build up in the spot to put the coffee grounds.

They have a indoor pool(very small) for the kids and a full liquor bar downstairs for the grown-ups. It wasn't too far from stores and restaurants or starbucks. They have a shuttle also for anyone traveling to the airport.

The front desk staff were not friendly. walls are thin. very loud.doors slam. room above me I heard people walking around at 5am. walls thin. you can hear people next door sneezing and coughing. very poor construction.

It was modern and new. Nice bar and lounge area.

Room cleaning was non-existent and they did not even make the beds or change the sheets etc unless a special request was lodged.

Food provision was really poor. Basically it is prepacked stuff or a basic burger.

I never got my my incidentals. I called and left manager a total of THREE voicemails and NEVER got a call Back. I was told I would get them back after my stay and never did. Im beyond pissed and never staying there again!

Noise. Throw pillows instead of bed pillows, cleanliness of hotel

Was originally put on 2nd floor. Music from club downstairs reverberated through the room and couldn't sleep. Pillows on the bed were throw pillows, not bed pillows and extreme uncomfortable. Went to front desk to request room change but no one was there. Had to return a second time. Put in room 309, the shade was broken and wouldn't completely close. Elevator was dirty and looked like it hadn't been wiped down in months. Pool area was dirty, again windows especially looked like they hadn't been wiped in months. Dead plants and flowers everywhere. This hotel is not being taken care of . No upkeep, no cleaning. Will be a dump in a few years if someone doesn't step in now.
