Only thing is the white guys with the long hair at the front desk REALLY needs to improve his attitude. I’ve stayed multiple and hes demeanor is always so bad it’s almost comical.

There is no continental breakfast and individual items on sale were not great and overpriced, also seemed understaffed. Do not like the barn doors on the bathrooms in the rooms

That the check-in was upstairs. Anybody could get on the elevator and wander the property without anyone noticing. The bad thing about the location is that you are right across from OSU Hospital and the helicopters fly right over the property.

Outside is well maintained. Location is great. Bed was comfortable. Like that the rooms were not carpeted. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Out of soap in the shower.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Was there for appointment at James Medical Center. Was pleasantly surprised to learn that was a $50 credit for any university of Ohio hospital appointments.

The rug in the room needs cleaning. Floors could use mopping so that hair from past guest isn’t visible. But the sheets were clean. That’s most important!

Rude customer service at check in. We used booking.com and he didn't see that we were already paid and tried to charge us again. When we questioned it and showed him we were paid he jumped at us. Told us never to use booking.com that calling directly would of been easier and cheaper. Very bad first impression but the stay turned out to be wonderful! We had a great time!

main entrance lobby, elevator not working....when you are exhuasted from travelling all day, you don't want to carry your bags up two flights of stairs. I also had to change rooms as there seemed to be ejaculate on my walls, not joking...I took video as it was a wide area to show the front desk....which concerned me about the level of cleanliness in the rest of the room.

- walls are super thin, we could literally hear the neighbors opening their blinds every morning -there is no “room” for the bathroom. shower and toilet are tucked away and a sliding door closes it off so not full privacy . the sink is outside the door so every-time you use the bathroom you have to touch the door to open it to get to the sink to wash hands

-super close to the event at the stadium and had multiple food options for quick meals close to the hotel without having to get back on main road -front desk was friendly and house keeping was great

kind of noisy . I didn’t complain but I could hear various banging throughout the night. I think we were on the same floor as kids. normally I ask for a room away from others this time I didn’t do it is what it is. the walls in the room had some wear and tear but overall the room was very nice.
