We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are just that.. rooms, no frills. There's a partition that separates the room (sink, bath and bed). The bed looks comfy but my back was in excruciating pain during the night and the next morning. There are no microwaves in the rooms just a shared on down the hall by the ice maker.
The customer service was great and very accommodating. I didn't like the room assigned because of the view ( facing the roof shingles)but was graciously reassigned to a different room when asked. I was always greeted with a smile with each encounter. The location offers lots of shopping and eatery options. There's also a bar inside the hotel if interested.

It was clean & modern décor. The staff was attenuative & professional. They went out their way to address my every need. I did have to adjust the thermostat . It was ice cold in the room. This is not my first time at Aloft hotel. They don't disappoint.

We liked that the hotel was close to the airport and at a great rate. Very comfy beds after a long day of traveling. Would stay here again if needed. Lots around the hotel for food and entertainment.

Nice hotel, convenient location, all restaurants and shopping in walking distance, the room was spacious and very clean. Two elevators, easy access to free parking, nice lounge-sitting area, pet friendly without any extra charges.

CanadaThe walls seem to be made of paper. It felt like other people (outside and next door) were in our room. We heard things we didn’t want to hear. We were notified in the morning of a suspicious character lurking around the parking garage who had approached another woman and her daughter. I don’t like that the garage is so open that anyone can just wander in.
The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel has such a nice and funky vibe. I enjoyed the fruit water at reception too. The room is perfect and has all the amenities. It was also very clean and neat and nicely put together. The beds were comfy too. Great price and location was perfect for us to get to the airport.

MexicoI stayed there due lost connected flight, I arrived at midnight, and the woman took a while to find my booking; it was a guess trying to talk to me by offering his business card, which I found odd, and the receptionist did nothing. they don't have service to book a taxi for you or help you with your bags.
