My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft for my liking. i had to stack three of them to make it firm enough for me.

The location is a little way from the strip, but that's the way i like it. Less crowds and traffic. The room was nice and roomy, with a great view of the strip.

The only thing that could have been better for us would have been one comfy chair. It was kind of stiff feeling because the only place you could sit cozy was on the bed. The tissue and toilet paper were thin and rough

We were supposed to get a refund due to noise levels being so high we could not sleep well and the hotel could not fix the sound level of music played from the lobby. Hotel manager said they refunded us but since we paid through Booking.com we would receive the refund through Booking.com which never happened.

The hotel was great except for the noise levels. I found the manager and staff responsive and amenable to refunding our stay, but due to our payment through Booking.com and never receiving the refund I had to give lower ratings than I would have had I received our refund through Booking.com. So perhaps the ratings are for Booking.com and not the hotel.

It started off good but went downhill from there. I was attending a 3 day conference & my 3 night stay was booked by the organizers. I planned on arriving a day early & staying for an extra day after. The hotel website had no contact form or email address. I wasn't going to call from Ireland, so I booked my 2 extra nights on booking.com. When I arrived I asked to combine my bookings so I could stay in the same room. They said they couldn't. I would have to check out & in again on days 2 and 5. When I asked for confirmation that I wouldn't be charged for the 3 nights being paid for by the event organizers, they said it was up to the organizers to let them know, otherwise I would have to pay. Saturday was good: there was coffee and water & everything was in order. Sunday, housekeeping gave me extra coffee & creamer. Monday, no new coffee or water. Tuesday, no new coffee or water & the bath mat disappeared. Wednesday was a disaster. I tried to do the check out/check in but they couldn't find my reservation. When they found it they blamed Booking.com for the error. I was now running late & said I'd come back in the evening. When I went got back, my key had been disabled & I couldn't get in. Back to reception & more hassle. I was getting very tired of being told it was my fault or Booking.com's fault when it was obvious it was their error. Eventually they agreed to book me in again. When I got into my room, guess what? The towel and bathmat had been changed but room hadn't been cleaned, the bed wasn't made & the basin wasn't cleaned. And there was no new coffee or water. What really bugs me is the hotel's attitude that they weren't responsible for any mess-up or mistake. It wasn't their problem and they had no interest in solving it.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Given what I describe below I feel I owe it to the staff to emphasize the staff themselves were friendly. The hotel is well maintained, welcoming and has a great atmosphere. The bar area is open to the lobby and the whole floor is casual and family friendly.

There was no complimentary breakfast. Only tea and coffee were complimentary with hours mentioned. The booking.com site wrongly mentioned that breakfast was included. The shower design was such that coming out of the shower would result in water dripping out onto the room resulting in a mess. There was no microwave inside the room.

The hotel was posh with good modern designs. Very clean.

You charged me double; via Booking app and via my credit card I presented at the hotel. There's no way to contact you via e-mail and as I live 8300km away from the hotel solving the issue via phone would be a nightmare. Contact me somehow yourself and let's settle the double invoice.

The room was a bit small. The swimming pool is not very sunny as it is located in the backyard of the hotel. Other than that, we had a nice experience.

The facilities are modern and the room was clean. The location is convenient if you want to avoid the frenzy of the center of Las Vegas. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants. The gym is very well equipped.

I never got my wake up call

My room was on the second floor right above the hotel entrance and right above the lobby or the pool table as I did not realize it until night 2 the music that is being played is constantly heard throughout the night originally, I thought it was a neighboring room that had their TV blasting, but it was the music in the lobby reverberating through the floor. I slept like crap both nights because of it, including waking me up.  I purposely stayed at this hotel because I stayed at one in Denver. I am not sure if you were aware of this issue of the music going into the rooms.

I like the amenities the pool the white room is big and had good equipment the games available .
