You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaNoisy kids in the hall running and screaming and also downstairs playing games in the on a Sunday night. The disc jockey was playing horrible loud rap music. We ordered some appetizers and asked the bartender to call our room when they were ready because we couldn't stand the noise. He did not. Finally we called and he told us they were ready. So the atmosphere was not good for us but great for the team of kids.
Nice clean and well decorated hotel. Location was convenient for our purposes. Good value.

It is also used for heating, I visited in winter so I had to keep it running overnight, which was a huge distraction, so I had an awful sleep there. Probably, if you arrive in summer, that should not be a problem, but that ruined my experience.

United States of AmericaVery strange atmosphere with cold (visually), impersonal lobby and staff. Breakfast is pay-per-item, and felt as service was the same. Same vibe as if sleeping at airport terminal. I just went to room, but honestly, couldn't wait to leave.

We also requested joining rooms and they weren't. We booked two rooms and we were charged $20 more for one. I called the manager and never got a returned call. Very disappointed!
