We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaBoth computers in the business centre were not working and I needed to print a document, luckily the reception desk was able to help.
I really loved the live music in the lobby, it provided a great atmosphere and as a single female traveller, I felt the lobby was intimate and I was happy to sit there by myself and enjoy a drink and the music. The staff were all very happy and provided friendly and efficient service. I also really loved the self service snack area - what a great idea :)

United States of AmericaThe beds were a bit harder than some, we were told about a pool- supposed to be heated but it was very cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be open to the public or not, but otherwise it was great!
The property was very clean, staff was very friendly. The rooms are great, each one feels like a safe little bubble with so many cool features. I just love how each aloft is so different! This one really gives you a warm welcome.

United States of AmericaTV Remote was disgusting, covered in gunk that was clearly built up for a while. No hot tub in the indoor pool area (which was very cold, definetly was not heated). No ice dispensers on the floors, you have to go down to lobby to get bags of ice.
It’s pretty, has alot of areas to hang (pool table, games, lounge, indoor pool but NO hot tub). Bluetooth speaker in room. Rooms overall clean.

United States of AmericaAt check in I was told a free complimentary breakfast would be offered but you had to pay and the choices on the menu were not a broad one especially for kids. Menu is not kid friendly but the stay was good. Also the I had to flush the toilet twice when using it.
I like that the check in was smooth and the place is modern and clean. It didn’t feel dated in any aspect. Decorations were pretty cool and the lobby didn’t make you feel like you were in a hotel lobby. More like an upscale lounge with a pool table and bar.
