Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but if you rent a car it’s easy to get around. Pool is not really for adults.

The view is completely terrible and the description was misleading. We expected a city view, not a view of dirt and stationary trains. It was pretty ugly. No local options for food and beverage only fairly boring chains.

I love the fact that there were rugs and not wall to wall carpeting. It felt much cleaner. I love the soap dispensers instead of wasteful mini bottles. Service was excellent, staff was professional but warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.

I tried to get hot water in the bathroom sink around 9:30 p.m. I literally let the water run for 5 minutes & never got even warm water. The next morning I got hot water right away. The shower door leaked out onto the floor. I ended up using both towels & a hand towel to soak it up off the floor.

The bed was very comfortable & overall the room was very comfortable. It was very convenient to the NKC Hospital which worked for my needs.

I wish there was a breakfast. We are not big breakfast eaters but usually have something small so we usually had to leave just to do that. The pillows were a lot to fluffy for us too. Our heads sank right through them.

They warned us before we can that that the hot water was not working properly but we chose to stay because it was hard to find something so quickly. The rooms could have been maintained better, such a caulk in the shower and baseboards coming off. Family of 4 staying 2 nights, one set of towels. Not a huge deal, I asked for more and they gave me some.

The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. Loved the design and decor.

The people staying above us came in at 11:30pm and were stomping around. The people next to us came in at 130am and proceeded to have a party in their room. I understand that you do not have control over your patrons; however, the hotel was not even close to full. We would appreciate it next time if you did not put all your customers so close together. I got less than three hours sleep.

Convenient location, clean rooms, The woman who served us Breakfast was an absolute delight and made us a very tasty meal. Kudos for her for going above and beyond. She is a keeper.
