The bathroom is open plan to the bedroom with a mirror right opposite, so you can view the shower from everywhere in the room... There is absolutely no privacy so it is not ideal if you are travelling with someone other than your significant other!!!

The hotel is bright and modern with a funky feel. We loved the fact that there is a laundry room and the proximity to restaurants and coffee shop was ideal for us

The bathroom was very strange. I liked the fact that the toilet had its separate room, but the pocket door was far from soundproof 😂. The shower and sink were separated from the room by a shower curtain. Make sure you are a family or close friends!

So close to Baxter arena. Booked for this purpose and it was a very good choice! Staff was exceptional when it came to service, and the room layout was interesting, but functional. Would book again!

The bar was poorly stocked the entire stay. Everything we ordered was out of stock. If you're going to have a bar open, it should be properly stocked. I mean mixers, beer, alcohol was very limited. The hotel was full and every person that sat down to order was told it was out.

Convenient location to restaurants and stores. Clean rooms and common areas. We liked that there was also a lounge. The bartender and staff were very friendly.

Definitely not worth $200 a night. I really wanted to ask for a 50% refund.. website Definitely overselling what your getting. It's a $99 room at best.

We weren't too fond of the L-shaped sofa and table. That sofa was not very comfortable. We could not sit there and watch TV for very long before we had to go sit on the bed. I did not like that there was not a mirror over the counter where the sink is. Really inconvenient when it comes to doing your hair and makeup.

It's in a great location! Our room had a nice view, a comfy bed, and a huge shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Elevators were a bit confusing - no indication lights on the floors, so you push both elevators to come. Doors were really heavy to get in and out of the room. Probably fire doors, but man they were cumbersome.

For family, the bathroom area is a little too open. I wasnt impressed with the pool and definitely need a hottub for a romantic getaway. I wish they offered a breakfast with the stay.

For a couple, the lofts were great setups! The rooms were clean, modern and the beds were very comfortable! I also liked the bar area, outdoor seating area, and game area.

Crazy noise partying people in neighborhood rooms until 1 am. No one could stop them. After tiring 8 hours drive from Colorado Springs we expected a quiet room to rest before next day of drive home. Staff was able to call them and ask to be quiet and it lasted 3 hours from to make them quiet enough to let people sleep. Annoying !

the open floorplan for the room and only one tiny cabinet with two drawers for clothes. We had 2 adult women, 1 adult male and a baby and it was awkward to use the bathroom and there wasn't enough cabinet space or hangers for our clothes.

The housekeeping, we spend 10 nights there and bed was not made or changed during our stay and the tea and coffee tray was not replenished after first night. They did empty bins, replaced clean towels and toilet roll.
