LOVE the DryBar soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner!! The room was spacious, bathroom area was so high end & super nice. I would highly recommend staying here. I am single, traveling alone & felt VERY safe.

The shower temp kept fluctuating and they only have valet parking for 35$ a night

I love the decor. The pillows are really nice. The bed was comfortable too. The water kept going to cold while I was showering so that was annoying. Other than that I would stay again but they only have valet parking so if you don't want to pay to park your car then you will have to find your own parking and it will likely be somewhere a couple blocks away. Luckily though this hotel is close to enough to a lot of things that we walked.

The plugs / chargers didn’t work on the side of our bed. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong. Breakfast not included in the rate.

You could hear everything in the other rooms. Not that anyone was really loud, the sound just carried.

Our only complaint is that the hot water took some time to heat up, and at one point I was wondering if it was working.....you may want to have your staff take a look at it.......

The only issue is the rooms. The bathroom is basically open floor plan except for the toilet. So if you were hoping to take a shower with privacy, there is no such option. Also a lack of hooks and only 3 hangars leads me to believe the designer never actually stayed in the room with a partner.

Overall great location and cute hotel. The bartender is fantastic and friendly. Has great recommendations. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The property is in a good location. The rooms are “compact” but comfortable. Modern. The walls are thin. We could hear the neighbors on either side, open and close their shades. The staff could have been more friendly. We specifically chose the hotel bc we were told you had EV chargers. Well, the apartment building next door has the charger and it barely brought our charge up to 50%, overnight. This was a little frustrating. Fortunately, one of the local Hannaford‘s has a charger that we could use. The bar area looked nice, but we did not have a chance to give it a try because it was pretty busy.

Room decor is strange, opened the door to the room and felt like we were walking into an office. Room didnt have toilet paper, had to call the front desk and ask as there were no supplies in the room. Ocean view is a stretch, there is another building and industrial area in-front of the sliver of water you can see.

Great location, beds were super comfy, loved the high ceilings and the black out blinds worked great in the morning. Lots of natural light and windows during the day

The bathroom being mostly part of the open room was a bit awkward (the sink and shower area was divided off by a partial wall). A sliding door to the small toilet alcove is not something we're fans of anywhere, as it doesn't feel like it offers enough privacy. And, while the room had a cool, modern feel, the mostly bare floor and high ceiling did make it feel a bit echoy at times.

We loved our stay at Aloft. The common areas were clean, and comfortable. The room felt very clean, and modern. The decor was fun! The bed was SO comfortable. We loved that the tv was on a moveable mount, so it could be easy to view from all areas. The view of the water was nice, too! We spent some time playing pool in the lounge area, and ordered drinks at the bar. The drinks were fantastic, and we loved getting to relax at the hotel. The fact that the hotel is just on the edge of the main Old Port area made it convenient enough to walk to great shops and restaurants, but not so in the middle of everything we felt overwhelmed.

The open concept bathroom was a little weird.

The property was located within walking distance of downtown much! It was incredibly convenient! The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very kind.

Bathrooms are like an echo chamber without any vent or fan noise to cover any of your bodily sounds making it less than romantic. Toilet flushes super loud… I could hear anytime the guests above me used the bathroom too.

Location was great, very clean new space. Staff was friendly.
