Having to valet your car is a bit of a pain if you plan to go out more than once. The lack of privacy in the showers was also very strange.

The property was upscale and very well maintained for the price. We had nice accommodations, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was immaculate.

Left clean room maid never came had to call desk 5 times to get more and report they never cleaned and then just a knck on the door and bag left outside with towels.

People were friendly explain more about how things work.

We lucked out with parking. $35 a night for valet seems excessive but c'est la vie I guess. Lumpy beds/pillows.

Great location, clean room with good space for a couple. If you're lucky, you can get free street parking across from the hotel, if not it's expensive valet or metered parking excluding the weekends (after 6pm on Saturday). No more than a 20 min walk to everything in area.

Our room smelled so strongly of ammonia. Knew it was clean but overpowering when you entered.

Wallpaper in the bathroom was so cool. Check in agent was very nice, she was handling everything by herself. Very courteous and had a smile.

Over all a good stay. Check in was a long wait only one person working with a line waiting and there was a fee for parking I was not aware of. Was happy to tip the Valet but being charged to park was not expected nor should there be a fee to park on-site.

The only real suggestion I have would be that the house cleaners steam mop the room floors. Ours was sticky and you could tell it had sent been given a good clean in a while.

We came here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, we loved WXYZ! Everyone was so nice & accommodating! Lindon (sorry if that isn’t spelled correctly) in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!

I found it a bit noisy, water running in other units what sounded like ductwork rattling a bit.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are well laid out and very comfortable. The location was very central, easy to get to. The bar tender was very informative and helpful. Lots of great restaurant options close by

Our mini-fridge leaked a big puddle of water on the floor. Room 532. We didn't have anything we needed to refrigerate, and we were offered extra towels.

The bar staff was very friendly and attentive. The valet services were quick. The check-in and out was efficient and succinct.

- The room door required a great amount of effort to open AND CLOSE! Several times during the stay we noticed the door had not closed, as we would have expected it to on its own when we entered or left the room. - The walls must be rather thin as we were able to hear quite a bit in the early hours of the morning, other guests, doors slamming, showers, talking and whatnot. - They must use a very powerful scented cleaner - going downstairs for coffee and breakfast the strong “perfumy” scent quite literally made my eyes water. While not unpleasant, it was very very strong. I was relieved to get back on the elevator and escape!

- Very cool decor - Chic and modern yet retro with all the modern conveniences. Bed (single king) was amazingly comfortable (LOVED) the 12:00 checkout. - Staff was super friendly and helpful. - Rooms and facility were clean.

late getting room turned over. fairly new building but poor housekeeping. no towels in room.. a full length mirror propped up against the wall as you enter room .. is very dirty. buildup of spots/ splashes that suggest it’s never been cleaned
