Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South AfricaBathroom very small. Suggest another shelve or 2 or cupboard for toiletries. Also another mirror ( full length ) and shelves to unpack clothes as there is enough space in unit for that especially for people staying longer than 3-4 days. Road noisy with dumpster truks early in morning. Older building but comfortable stay and great value for money.
Location was great. Walk to beach, resturants and shops. Lots of towels provided. Nice kitchenette with nice size fridge. Comfortable beds. Nice size balcony.

HungaryDust cars in the street arriving early in the morning, bit noisy. Could not find the iron and could not use the remote of the TV. We could have asked for it probably, but has not been crucial so we did not. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable for our taste, especially on the edges. Corridors could be cleaned more frequently, cleaning mops could also be useful in the rooms, especially for long-term stays.
Amazing location, 3 min. walk to Waikiki beach and close to shops, restaurants and public transportation. Honolulu Zoo around the corner. Getting the keys via Keycafé was easy also during the night (in case you watched your e-mails regularly to receive the instructions). Aircon and ceiling fan both available, we could do without the aircon, using only the fan was convenient. Mosquito net on the windows (balcony door could also be equipped with that) Provided towels (including beach towels) and toiletries more than enough. 2 pairs of pillows provided, in different sizes. Washing machines and dryers in the building, could accept either coins or application had to be downloaded for payment and following up the process. (Detergents to be purchased separately). Broom and shovel in the room for cleaning. Power outlets equipped with USB, so we did not need adapter for charging. Good wi-fi sign. Outside shower on ground floor to clean sand before entering the room. Beach chair and bodyboards provided to use for free. Nice balcony on ground floor with plants that attract friendly birds :) Polite and friendly cleaning staff. Communication minimal but sufficient, information leaflet with things to know and with contact details placed in the room.

PolandAll good.
The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and all of Waikiki attractions, but on the outskirts of the touristic center, calm and peaceful. Free street parking close by. The apt was pleasant and clean, easy check in, good wifi. Great value for money.

The flat was fantastic! Perfectyl located, and had everything needed. The only comment would be that the floor could use a thorough clean, but everything else was nice and clean.

CanadaSuite was right next to the garbage bin, garbage trucks arrived at 4am, super noisy at times. No grocery stores nearby if you’re staying for an extended time - ABC is convenient, but limited options and expensive. Beach amenities that were supplied were broken.
Location to the beach! Great value. Pro-tips - if you’re staying a while, umbrella/chair rental at the beach is $70/day. Best to go to Walmart or Costco to buy your own, then just donate to the hotel. - go to Safeway or Costco for groceries, cheaper than ABC.

United Arab EmiratesThe only thing we didnt like was the location of our studio itself - at the end of the corridor right next to the washing machines. We were woken up every day around 4:30 am by machine banging as someone decided to wash their clothes at this time.
Very clean studio, good location close to the beach

United States of AmericaThe sheets were not very soft, and 1 night there were 2 homeless people between this hotel and the Twin Fin, although there were security people watching out. I did feel quite safe. One day there was a homeless person sitting in the Twin Fin garden area!
Exceptional location 150 paces to the Twin Fin where the rest of my family stayed. Very clean and efficient. Staff put me on the 2nd floor which was excellent for this senior solo traveler. I couldn't have managed my luggage up another floor. The price is excellent, very comfortable and quiet, and 1 block to excellent beaches!!! Nice balcony!

AustraliaThe apartment was older and as such was a little run down and shabby. The street was quite noisy and the older windows did not block out much sound.
The location is excellent, a 1 min walk to a great part of Waikiki. We needed two bedrooms and kitchen facilities and our apartment fit this requirement very well, we were very comfortable and the price was much cheaper than anywhere else. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, the beds were comfortable and beach towels supplied. The laundry in the building was great value at $2.50 for washing clothes.

GermanyIt was very loud in the morning due to garbage trucks and the moving of trash containers belonging to the surrounding hotels. Our room had an additional little window next to the oven which did not have any blinds and could not be covered. The privacy was therefore a little restricted because there is a parking lot right next to the balcony at the same level.
The location was amazing close to Waikiki beach. Also it was affordable for the area. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking from time to time instead of going out.

United States of AmericaThere is no free parking nearby like the description suggests. We had a rental car and drove around for an hour looking for the "free parking" that the listing describes. There is only free street parking between 10pm and 6am, and all of the public lots are pay by the hour. The listing describes 3 free lots nearby, but if that was the case once, it no longer is.
Comfortable if you are traveling on a budget. Small kitchenette (though we didn't use it), and full sized coffee maker. A block from the beach and all the main drag shopping and restaurants.

NetherlandsNoise from outside traveled in easily and the apartment looked out on a parking lot so would have been nice to have a curtain for the one window. Would have been nice to have some smaller cutting knives and sharper knives in the kitchen. While the apartment was generally clean, the floor could have used a better cleaning.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, location was great for transportation and getting to the beach. There were plenty of towels provided and the room was comfortable with the fan and A/C. Kitchen was well stocked and generally in good condition.

United States of AmericaThe area is somewhat loud at night since it is next to a parking lot. There was construction during the day, so it was also loud then. We had 2 rooms. The pull out couch was broken in my room, and there was a futon in our other room that was pretty torn up. The fabric was damaged, and the insides were left open. Housekeeping had a blanket on when we checked in. Both the pull out couch and the futon should be replaced. I will say that when we needed something, the manager was good about popping over, but it was a little frustrating that we couldn't just ask housekeeping for more towels or blankets.
The location was great! We got a City Go pass and several of the tour pick ups and the moped rental were just steps away. Loved the separation of the bedroom and living room with a pull out couch vs 1 a standard double bed room. Loved having a kitchen, fridge, and freezer. They provided dishes, pots and pans which was great! We had 2 rooms, they put us right across the hall from each other. It made us all feel more together. The large balcony was also really nice. We appreciated the beach supplies that were available for use.
