Housekeeping never came to my room to change sheets or clean the room. I cleaned the room myself while I was there. Outside was always trashy due to not enough trash cans accessible for guests. I was on the 2nd floor and when I needed to throw trash away the only 3 bins I could find would always be full and spilling over. My room had a massive hole in the wall with wires coming from it. Water was cut off during my stay and wasn’t notified of the inconvenience by a note or a call due to no phone in the room. I had to call for a microwave multiple times from my cell phone cause who was finna walk to ask every time not I. Leasing office and rooms are in separate buildings staffs uses golf carts to travel with. Pillows were small and no filling.

Nobody bothered me and the room was very spacious and for the most part clean. Did not see any bugs in the room or on the property for the amount of trash everywhere.

Very old. Bathroom was missing a window. Seemed to be in a bad part of town where there were several creepy people that were up all night long lurking around in the dark and were up to no good. Wasn’t cleaned properly…found someone’s tablet, food around the microwave, soap bar remains in the shower/ tub.

Not all the staff was good. The housekeeper made you pay for things you needed including towels, sheets, and toilet paper. The maintenance man's wife stole people's clothes out of the laundry room also.

The rooms are big. That is really the only thing I liked about the whole place. Oh, and it has free wifi!

How Paul the man that runs the place cussed at us and he called the law on my friend for being in the room when I had went to work.. the alvin police department is always called for ppl fighting and the water was off when I rented the room and there wasn't no towels in the room .. the room smelled of mold. They didn't have breakfast like they say on here.. the managers wife was nice and the young man that works over night is awesome .. Paul has a horrible attitude and don't know how to talk to people the 2nd night we were there the power shut off and we were with out power till close to 5 am .. they don't have back up generators and no the whole street had power all except the motel so they didn't pay the light bill is my guess..

The room was horrible... first when arriving the drug dealers or consumers were in the parking areas... the overall look of the hotel is ugly and looks ghetto... who bright idea was it to us a permanent marker to write the door numbers on the doors, and also included smiley face... not appealing or attractive. Next the room itself was nasty. The floors were greasy, no window blinds to keep outside people from watching you. The fridge and microwave was beyond dirty (I wouldn't place a closed drink inside it). The walls had some stain drip marks running down them. The sheets had cigarette burns all over them and the bed looked like something (bugs or roaches) was living inside it...After 10 minutes of seeing these issues I decided I pay more for a better hotel elsewhere. And I did... I took my key back to the front and placed on the counter cause nobody was around to hear my grievance. I don't care I paid for a room I didn't stay at... this hotel needs a major makeover! This hotel for me is a 1 out of 10.... I refused to have my family sleep in a unsafe environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless your homeless and needed a place to lay your head. No need in a refund just use that to improve your hotel in some fashion. Trust my complaint won't stop here. Horrible hotel and a see for yourself mindset is not worth the money... dont stay here pay more and get better everything!

The manager was friendly and kind and the room size was impressive. I can turn this hotel around to make more money but it will start with management.

Staff and owner were very rude during normal hours but the overnight attendant was nice and helpful. 2nd floor room was definitely not worth the price. Pet fee to much per day.

The 1st floor king suite was nice and a good price for the suite. Also liked that it's pet friendly but $10 a day is high especially for that type motel.

The room was clean. Had a fridge, but no microwave. Was pet friendly. Air conditioning didn't work well. Some of the outlets didn't work. Taking a shower...the water was hot then cold. Great price.

The doors wouldn't lock - i had to ask for a different room because my original room wasn't clean, the bathroom toilet had poop in it. I moved rooms, but the door didn't lock securely in either. I felt unsafe and couldn't sleep comfortable due to fear of someone breaking into my car or my room.
