We loved everything!

It was such a beautiful, clean cabin. Close to everything yet private. Our first time staying in a cabin when traveling, now we will never stay in a hotel again!

Upon arrival the heat was on and it was a 84 degree day. Upon turning on ac at 4:07pm which was arriving time, it was very very warm in the cabin. 87 degrees was displayed on unit temperature display inside. Turned to 72 degrees like sign stated and headed to town. 2 hours later the upstairs had cooled off to around 76 degrees and not the downstairs. Ended up having to wait for repairman to arrive which was around 10pm due to him telling us he had 3 other calls for ac units that same day cause it was warmest day of year so far! We were getting married the next day and would have liked to relaxed and enjoyed a peaceful evening preparing for our special day but instead we (and at least 3 other renters) were very inconvenienced by something that could of easily been prevented with a simple check up of the units and good customer service knowing it was going to be the warmest day of the year so far and not leaving the heat on!! After the AC was fixed we were set though! The cabin was spacious with everything you would need to prepare meals although we didn’t. The view was amazing from upstairs! It was clean inside with extra blankets and toiletries. Plenty of clean towels were provided. I would stay here again (hoping the ac would not be an issue) because location was easy access to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and area was quiet and peaceful. Easy check in and out. Customer service answered quick. The value was definitely on point! The morning sunrise was amazing!!!

Kevin had a full kitchen with utensils however there was absolutely nothing as far as condiments. I needed to get coffee filters along with the coffee I bought. There was not even salt or pepper available. I didn’t mind, but I wish I had known ahead of time I have never rented, a place that didn’t have some condiments available

The hot tub was empty when we arrived but someone came first thing the next morning and filled it for us.

The property is convenient to every place we wanted to go yet felt both private and secure. The views are amazing!

The hot tub had a terrible smell. I took a shower right after getting in and could still smell it on me. I took a second shower and did not get in again. I’m not sure if it is the old cover that made it smell that way, but it really needs to be addressed. The pool sticks were all messed up and the pool table was super dirty. There was no chalk for the cues or your hands. There is a weird slide-open window in the master bathroom right next to the jetted tub. One half of the door was broken and would not stay shut. This was a problem because we have kids and there was no privacy. Anyone who came up the stairs could see straight into the bathroom because of this. I did not like the fact that the game area was upstairs in the master bedroom. Someone should really consider putting up a wall with a door for the master bedroom to be separate from the “game room”. No privacy. I needed to cancel my trip because my son and wife had covid. The company refused to give me a full refund. They only wanted to give me a credit towards a future stay which would not have worked for us. After several attempts at trying to get my money back, we decided to just go anyway. I made sure they knew we were sick and they seemed to be fine with us staying in the cabin with covid. I never received a message back from them after I informed them we were going to just come sick or not. We pretty much had to. That’s a lot of money to flush down the toilet, if we didn’t go.

The view was amazing. We loved the jetted tub. Pool and air hockey was fun. There was a Keurig in the kitchen, which made me very happy since I ran out of room to pack our own. There was complimentary laundry and dish soap. location was great.

Only problem I had was the day we were leaving , I end up having a rash all over my body . It might very been an allergic reaction to something in the cabin because my other family members were fine .

Hot tub needs work. Jets on hot tub didn’t work very well. Pots and pans need updating. Skillet handle almost broke off.

Location was nice. View was pretty. Quiet.

Cabin is very dusty and outdated. Even the spreads had holes in them along with the couch pillow. Lightbulb out, sink faucet leaks, fridge leaks on top shelf and dust. So much dust had to have them come change the return filters. Even the walls had dust on them. Everything is old in there. Needs lots of work.

the jacuzzi leaked, causing the first floor to be soaked (someone did come fix it a day later - very nice gentleman) only 15% of the jet’s worked in the hot tub. we had large ants come out throughout our stay in the kitchen with no food around. the beds we not very comfortable and hurt our backs.
