Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms and the curtains weren’t completely blocking light out which made it hard to fall back asleep in when I woke up in the morning
Access to the room from outside was nice with our heavy bags, we had a cooler and needed ice which was an easy find in the office. The man staff was kind to open the doors after hours for us to get the ice. An easy in and out overnight stay

I do not usually stay at Motel 6 but we were in town for a basketball tournament and there was not many options. I was very surprised. The motel was much better than any Motel 6 I have seen. It was very clean and you can tell the GM takes pride in taking care of it. It was simple but clean and I would stay there again.

No coffee maker, although coffee available in the office. We were next door, so no problem.

The cable TV did not work properly. We tried adjusting the wire in the back and it would come in temporarily but than we would lose connection. In defense of the hotel, it was very late when we checked in and I was too tired to call down and have someone come and look at it or change rooms. They seemed very accommodating at the front desk and I’m sure they would have done something about had requested.
I have to say I think this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve been in in a long time. The bathroom was spotless, the bedding was fresh and clean and there was not a speck of dust to be found.

It was a really nice inexpensive motel in an isolated quiet area. The manager was really nice, the was nice and clean and I got a really good nights sleep. Definitely would stay again if I was in the area.

The gentleman at the desk truly cares about this property. He was welcoming and pleasant. Our room smelled fresh and was so clean. The convenient location is far enough away from the highway to not hear the noise and close to eateries.

The TV signal wasn't quite clear enough to enjoy it but with the wifi was fast enough to stream just about anything. Would have loved to see a small fridge in the room on the next visit.
Nice quiet room, the motel is easy to get to and has plenty of well lit parking space. Bringing my dog was no problem and the stairs to the second floor are non slip which may sound like a small thing but really makes it easy for our dog to get up. The motel also has two large pieces of grass for dogs to do their thing.

Comfortable, well appointed, clean, spacious. Excellent receptionist-helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Quiet location with a reasonable view.

Wasn’t in the town and is next to truck gas stop, a little bit noisy. No face cloths

Hard floors - no carpet! Clean for a motel! (We always swiffer too!!!) nice lawns for the pup. Close to the grocery store, freeway and town. Pretty sunsets. Best motel 6 I’ve stayed in. I’d come back :)

Property is almost stark. No breakfast, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Few on-site amenities.
Great for traveling, right off the freeway. Enough amenities close by to eat and fuel. Room and property were very clean. Room was large.
