The cleanliness could’ve been better. There were crumbs & random stuff along the bottom on the bed & walls. I brought my own air mattress just in case & good thing i did cause the beds weren’t as clean as i expected, dog hair when i lifted the blankets & parts of the comforter was torn. Some of the towels had hair in it. Other than that the room was good & was better looking than expected.

The clerk was confused that I had prepaid on Booking.com, but accepted the proof of payment that I showed her. I'm not familiar with Albuquerque, and I didn't spend any time in the town, just a stop to sleep. But the neighborhood was scary to drive through, as a solo female. Several cars passed me, after dark, driving with their lights off, stuporous pedestrians stumbling into traffic, and the driving directions took me down narrow residential streets where children were playing in the unlit road. I saw people I'd have to identify as tweakers on the street in front of the motel. The rooms all open on to the parking lot. I didn't feel unsafe in my room, but I was glad to leave the town behind me.

It was a simple, inexpensive place to stay. I was on the second floor, which felt safer, and parked my car right next to the window of the 24-hour office.

The room was kind of hot, but nothing you cannot solve with AC. It was a bit noisy. We did not find the suppose to be breakfast. The area of the place seems dangerous.

The property is being refurbished, and the carpets were removed and laminate flooring put in. The room was freshly painted. The manager could not be nicer - and this was not only to us but to all guests who stayed the property. I realise this is at variance with prior reviews, which makes me think the property is under new management.

the bed spread was stained and torn. the sheets and towels were stained. there was a stack of used soaps in the shower so they don’t clean very well. the shower didn’t have any water pressure. there wasn’t a cup so I could take my medication.

there were two security guards and it was close to the venue.

The sheets were dirty with hair and crusty bits! The staff then brought the wrong size sheets to change. The towels had black marks on them. There were no cups for water and the sink was too small to fit a water bottle. The location was very loud.

Booking.com should remove this as a option. This place was totally disgusting. We were stuck there and left after only 5 hours.

The booking app stated that they had a pool and that there was free continental breakfast. None of them were available. No coffee maker, no hair dryer and no iron we’re provided.

This place was dirty the sheets were not changed in our first room the ceiling was black from smoke and the bed had someone else's jewelry in it telling me the bedding wasn't changed plus the sheets had a blood stain ! So when asking for or money back we were told that was not an option and given a different room that was just as bad the pillows smelled of smoke and the room looked as if it hadn't been dusted since the place was built. The three towels in the room where literally black and could be dusted off as well at $110 a night I would never ever want anyone to stay here . We had multiple people knocking on or door looking for someone making it very uncomfortable to even get sleep or feel safe .
