Our room wasn’t super clean and the staff weren’t that friendly.

Upon arrival at check-in, the employee was rude, apparently taking a break he was see able from the front desk and we had some others who approached him and let him know we were there but he had said he was on break and we had to wait. There was only 2 locations In the area with food and they were both packed. There were a couple of older bars but nothing for a family.

Great location across the road from beach. Good sized room, very clean and a decent breakfast. Good hotel for a couple of days on the beach with an outdoor swimming pool

Location is great if you like being close to the beach staff are very friendly nice to see an aging building that is clean and fresh inside parking was very available ease of access was good just a very comfortable place without breaking the bank the community has been around since 1700’s so a lot of history

We kept having to get our keys re programmed. The keys would only work once before they would stop working. We had to take them to the front desk 3 times!

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Pack n play was bent and broken, but we made it work with some extra blankets, moldy shower head, shower door leaked and wouldn't close all the way

Jacuzzi was nice, liked the hard floors (carpets get gross), nice to have two TV's, plenty of counterspace, comfy bed, balcony was a nice size with tables, breakfast was very good (especially the coffee), breakfast attendant was great but check in staff was miserable, having two A/C's in our suite was nice as well, large bathroom and great size room for a family

Shower tub faucet leaking, apparently a lot of the rooms have the same problem waiting to be fixed. They didn’t tell us that when we checked in. I have to go down & tell them of what I heard immediately as soon as I entered the room. So we have to wrap the faucet the whole time (except during shower time) with a big towel to dampen the noise of water dripping!

The location was awesome. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast. My kids loved the cookies every afternoon!

The only thing that was a little annoying was hearing people talk in the next room. It was very distracting when trying to sleep, so I had to leave my TV on.

I absolutely loved the location! The gorgeous beach, a restaurant, and beach shop were all steps away, which is what I was looking for. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The constant running of water from the bathtub faucet. Would have been nice to have a small loveseat to sit on instead of just the two hard chairs.

Our balcony ocean view was blocked by a palm tree a few feet away, and had no drink table or place to set your drink. Bathroom needed some tile repair.

The front desk staff not very personable. They have to remember that they are the first impression that people see. They set the tone for a guest’s stay.

I misunderstood and thought the property was ocean front but it’s across the street and the view is obstructed by Sliders restaurant but overall we had a fantastic time

Breakfast was great. We went for the Concourse car show so having the hotel provide a shuttle service was nice and convenient
