The ac in our room.

Beautiful property and amazingly friendly staff. We loved everything about the place and the location. Only downside was the ac in the room didn’t work the greatest. We would definitely stay here again.

Only very minor things like the shower pressure was very low, there weren't many options for television watching, and the utensil drawer wouldn't open all the way because the refrigerator was in the way, just an awkward spot. Utensils and plates were also lacking in number for 4 guests as it was advertised for, we ended up having to buy disposables. They did not provide a broom either, but we did request a sweep and it was done.

We loved the pool and deck with complimentary tea/coffee/ice and a bathroom for guests. We loved the private outside space with our room and the care staff was so nice. Everyone was a joy to be around during this stay. They were great to provide all the amenities, including having wine on ice for us when we arrived as requested and paid for.

Air conditioning in bedroom was quite loud. No body wash available.

Loved the location. Just at the end of Duval Street, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Hotel is typical in style of property in Key West. We had a huge suite at the front of the property with a lovely balcony. The kitchen/lounge area was very large. It was very clean. Lots of cupboard space. 2 double beds quite close together so be aware if not close friends with travelling companions! Swimming pool at back of property. We managed to park outside the hotel which was a bonus too.

The apartment we stayed in was across the road from main Douglas house. #7. It was dated and could do with a remodel. It needed a deep clean particularly in the bathroom Didn't sleep well. Air-conditioning unit in the window in the bedroom was noisy and didn't allow blinds to close so light always coming in. The main Douglas House looked lovely.

Location was great. Balcony a plus. Staff were friendly. Lovely pool area and facilities. Apartment was a good size

We arrived late, got into the facility with the code/key but had slight problems finding our room! The map could have been better.

The location was great - close to everything we wanted. The lay-out of the property was unique and fun, our room was very comfortable and secluded. We especially enjoyed the loft bedroom.

We had the best stay here! The location is perfect it is walking distance from the main street with lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was a small area with a microwave but no plates or cutlery. The shower rail and towel rail in the bathroom were rusty and need replacing. Although the room is a good size, I would have thought for the money we paid that we would have had a balcony or terrace off the room. There was one for everyone to use however in the garden. The room was quite dark for my taste due to the blinds in the room, however these are necessary due to the proximity of the neighbouring rooms. They are only 2/3 feet away.

The location was great and only a short walk to all that Duval Street has to offer. There was tea and coffee available all day which was nice. The pool area and gardens are lovely and very clean. Our room was a great size.

There are no elevators which is stated on their website. Just be prepared. I had one guest with a walker and she did fine as the stairs have railings.

Location was ideal! Walking distance to many of the sights.
