Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No coffee
Clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay during traveling. Parking available. Only complaint was the breakfast or lack of.

housekeeping tried kicking me out of room when I had paid for 2 nights. Also I ultimately checked out 2 hours after check in time and asked for a refund for my 2nd night this was denied explanation was I booked online when I literally didn't stay in the room. The disruption of housekeeping trying to kick me out is enough to make me stay elsewhere next time. Literally entered my room when I was naked to kick me out.

Had non smoking room and smelt alot of smoke in the hallways. Had ants in the room. Room and bathroom was small.
Was convenient to alot of things. Had breakfast. Had laundry.

Reviews were a bit deceptive.... breakfast was packaged muffins, bagels or 2 types of cereal. Semi trucks park next to hotel with engines running all night, road noise is loud. We wore our airpods and that worked...we highly recommend ear plugs or turning on the bathroom fan all night. Things quieted down around 1 or 2am. I would not recommend for anyone sensitive to smoke smells... they travel in from the hall.
Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in shower, front desk was efficient & friendly, room was worn, but clean. Location was very convenient.

The only complaint I have is that the rooms where I was staying all had non-smoking signs on the doors and yet someone in a room near me was smoking.
The location was perfect for what I was in town for. I especially appreciated a car wash! close by. That was a bonus.

No elevator, had to help mother in law up stairs to room, good thing only 2 stories. No coffee pot in room, bathroom lacked counter space.
facilities were clean but in need of updating. Breakfast was minimal we opted for McDonald’s. Good for overnight stop on long trip.

I would have liked more options for breakfast but they did offer it so I was fairly happy with that and coffee was good.
Hotel was near the interstate and easy to get to. Room was clean and didn't appear to need any maintenance. No weird smells. Breakfast was available but very slim options. Basically coffee, juice, oatmeal and toast. Pretty basic amenities. Good for a one night stop on the road or a vacation on a budget.

The bed sagged in the middle. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast was really lacking but I knew this from other reviews so we just planned on eating at the McDonald's down the street.
The price of the hotel matched the level of room you received. It was very convenient being close to the interstate. I didn't see any bugs and the A/C worked. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. It was fine for one night after driving all day.

Backs up to a lot that semi truck and trailer use and they are running all night. You could see the diesel fumes in the parking lot lights. Was so strong.

Room could have used some minor repairs. Knob for the light next to the bed was loose and there was a crack in the paint by the toilet paper holder.

The heating system was loud and came on and off very frequently. The room was clean, but smelled musty. Bathroom adequate but needs updating.
Expected full breakfast but got email day of arrival. Breakfast was bare bones and packaged rolls were poor quality.

That they did not tell us they were under contraction. And the fregarater was not plug in the microwave had no tray the one lite did not work.
