- Window blinds being see through if looked at close enough, not a huge issue if on higher floor but for bottom, can give uneasy feeling - Bathroom was not 100% properly cleaned/sanitized. Dirty towels from previous individuals were on floor, there was ash left in tub from smoking. Toilet was clean-LOOKING, but also was not sanitized.

- Upon check-in, staff woman was VERY friendly - Room was perfect size, came with microwave & fridge - Facility was for the most part, well cleaned & maintained - Hot water!! (: (Showering) - Beds were properly made & comfortable

Noise at late hours in the night

Tv wasn’t working properly. Several channels did not come in and it would disconnect from cable periodically.

The outside of the building almost looked like it was out of business. The sign was nice on the bulding but everything else needs work.

Toilet had not been scrubbed in quite some time....

Walls are thin! The group in the room next to us was LOUD and smoking pot- they were partying - we could not sleep. Also- the heater had 8 minute bursts of white noise then would shut off. If we could have kept the fan ON- we maybe would not have heard the next door room throwing up at 4:30 am and 5:30 and and again at 6:38 am- they were loudly wrenching after all their partying. Miserable to hear all of that - all night.

Nice location. Easy to get to from white field game day parking. Recent Reno and upgrades were nice. Breakfast was good. Walls are too thin so you can hear the people next door talking and throwing up all night. Ugh

No elevator. Ironing board was broken. And despite modernizing the rooms, my room still had the old tub that dripped and was stained. Also the efforts to update the room was average.

It is under new ownership, understood. It needs to pay attention to cleaning of common areas and to the rooms. Do something with outside curb appeal.

Location was great close to the college. The breakfast was a typical free breakfast.

Bathtubs still need updated or at least a good scrubbing done. Lights have a motion sensor to shut off after awhile, problem is the sensor is by the door, so unless you are walking to the door, it shuts off. The side door closest to our room has a lock to get in. You swipe your room key to get in, problem is that it didn't work most of the time.

The main part of the rooms were clean and recently updated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. They are still working on updates during the day. There are many places to eat right in that area and things to do close by.

Our room (217) bathtub had brown patches /rings (guessing it was from hard water or rust stain) that would not come off. Until you examine the patches closer, at a glance, they may appear like a dried-up blood stain.

Breakfast warm food consists of biscuit and gravy; 2 waffle makers (both working) and the typical other continental breakfast such as bread (and toasters), yoghurt, cereal/milk, coffee/tea, muffins, etc. No fresh fruits were served. Not a show stopper though. The food and breakfast area was good and filled us up before we restarted our driving journey. Room was smaller than the typical hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable, with 4 pillows per bed. Bedsheets and blanket felt clean. Floor is vinyl (faux wood) and ceramic tiles (wood grain pattern). A lot better than those icky carpet in the typical hotels. Location was great, right off I-80. The gentlemen at the front desk were professional and nice.

There is a handicap access at the main entrance but on the side entrance/exit there are handicapped parking spaces but no ramp or curb cuts Little to no personal interaction from staff, there was no one working the front desk at check out.

Didn't think much of the breakfast. the only thing warm was toast or waffle. No decaffeinated coffee

The outside fence was falling down, there was not door at the top of the stairs which made the hallway on the 2nd floor very noisy. Also room 203 which I was in needs repair on the toilet as the was significand wabble when sitting down. As I stated earlier it was obvious that the current management group needs a little time to fix some of the problems.

Considering the short time this management team has been in place, the hotel was quite good. The breakfast was good, and plentiful. the rooms were clean and tidy. plenty of parking.
