The room next door had a fire alarm that continued to short out and go off. It's probably due to the renovations and a loose wire.

The rooms were newly renovated and quite large. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Parking lot had some people drinking by their cars and broken glass in other spots needed to be swept up. The bed sheets were wrinkled like they were slept in. No problem got another set of sheets and made the bed again.

When you enter the building a lot of cigarettes buts on stairs and outside look kinda dirty and outdated. The glass door were pretty dirty. But inside was ok better than outside

Since they were in the process of remodeling the office there was no breakfast. I understand why but it should have been posted cause when reviewing before booking it says breakfast!

The people walking around outside was scary.

The room was great, but the people that hung around outside were pretty sketching looking. They were sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot, which was scary.

I felt very unsafe due to the outside doors being unlocked and any one could walk in and out of the building the doors need to have a code or something to enter.

It was nearby to everything we wanted to do and all the eateries.

Needs minor cosmetic repairs in the bathroom Some paint areas and showered needs replacement.

Location - Motel was located in a great area. Room was excellent and bed great. Bathroom need some minor cosmetic changes. Shower head needs to be replaced.

It was nice that the rooms were recently renovated BUT there were many issues with my room in particular. The hall and room still smells like fresh paint which was really overbearing. We noticed after we arrived from a long road trip just before 1am that We had damage and missing items in our room, my sheets had a big stain in them, damage in the bathroom, the wall A/C Heater unit wasn't working properly and unfortunately much more that I had shared with the front desk manager. I had also taken many pictures that I can share on this review id needed

The mattress. The head of mattress was leaning down. We put several pillows at the top so the blood wouldn't rush to the top of our head. We would also lay at the bottom of the bed so we could get more comfortable. The mattress was extremely soft. The commode seat wouldn't stay up. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. TV is too small for the room.

Convenience to all the places we wanted to go to. The price of the room was great. The ice maker was awesome. The shower was great, and the water was hot.

Our room looked like it had not been vacuumed from the previous guests. There was chewed up gum in the floor. The air wouldn’t stay on either.

1) Did not offer tea bags or hot chocolate for kids in lobby; only coffee. I don't drink coffee. I went across the street and bought 100 tea bags for $4.00 -- just 4 cents each. I DID appreciate the hot water dispensers in lobby and hotel room, as well as the microwave oven. 2) Metal bed frame in room "twanged" each time I got into or out of bed. 3) Difficult to see hotel sign from the road -- not lit, even after dark. Drove by it more than once. 4) Painters had access to the building (staircases to our floor) blocked off at opposite stairwells on subsequent days.

Front desk staff were friendly, pleasant, accommodating. Buildings were in process of being re-painted -- very clean, bright, good quality work! Room was on 2nd floor at back of building behind the pool. mostly quiet. Good mattress. Good lighting at bed. Bathroom was basic but had good counter space, easy access to tub/ shower, nice toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) Good room refrigerator, microwave oven, desk to work at and beverage service Parking was available right by the entrance to our building (convenient) Housekeeping came to rooms daily. Lobby/ breakfast area was thoughtfully decorated. Owners clearly had put thought and effort into summer/ Fall decorations, which were changed out the weekend we were there. Very nice, colorful, clean and fresh. Breakfast choices were good (eggs/ biscuit/ sausage/ oatmeal) hot coffee, hot water, and very good orange juice were plentiful in dispensers in lobby
