No coffee no breakfast and mattress suck

Pillows not acceptable. No rug by shower. Towels poor condition. Leaking toilet.

Hotel needed upgrading. No breakfast. Staff was there when we checked in but otherwise not around. No maid service. Bathroom was very small. There was a jacuzzi in the room but we didn't use is it so don't know if it worked. Room was cold and the heater did not work. For the money we paid a night $118 or so felt the price was high.

The person at the front desk could not speak clear enough English to be understood. The carpets throughout were filthy. The shower curtain rod was broken away from the wall. The beds are completely worn out and not comfortable at all. Thus no sleep. I would Not recommend this place to anyone.

The place was not to clean. No smoke detector in the room and one outlet had no cover. The bed was clean, but the carpet up the stairs and hallway was dirty. I couldn't recommend anyone to stay there. They did have a pool but changed $10 to use it. The lock for the door was broken.

Pool wasn't open. Plastic chairs for furniture and wires hanging out from the renovation they were trying to do. Fight about stuff that you could hear on the second floor.

Definitely a motel feel. Room is way too dark. It looked generally clean but this place needs some real work (they are currently renovating). A bathroom light was out, bathroom fan cover was missing, no power adapter for the cable box (so effectively there was no TV). Ice machine never worked. They weren't doing breakfast anymore.

Location is pretty good for LWC, you can walk to the bowl. If you are literally just looking for a place to sleep, this place is adequate. Somehow managed to get a good price for LWC that was half the price as other (limited) options, so here it was.

Dirty carpeting, filthy windows, tub looked unclean, had cracks in it. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Room had a smell to it.ice machine was broken, pool looked dirty not clear,hot tub was broken with filthy water in it, gross filthy. No bath mat for getting out of tub. Bottom of bathroom under toilet was filthy. Bathroom door handle was so loose,if you closed the door all the way, you had a very difficulty getting it open. Bathrooms were the size of a tiny closet.

Didn’t have it, there was none, they said they were remodeling. Which they were. Lobby looks very nice.

$20.00 fee if key was not returned to receptical. This was not discussed with us at front desk. We returned key with the vacuum part on front desk! Advertisement stated free breakfast. Not even coffee in room was offered. In fact dirty coffee bags in coffee maker, plus parts of a vacum cleaner in room. Never again!

We stayed for 3 days. We had one roll of toilet paper. We asked the front desk clerk for some clean towels and another roll of toilet paper, because we ran out. He said he would bring them up but he never did. Toilet ran constantly. Hotel was being remodeled at the time and the lobby and pool were torn apart. So I do understand why there wasn’t any coffee or food offered in the morning.

Comfortable beds. Slept very well.

Well room was dusty. Hotel was under construction. Wish I would have known. Room smelt like some one was smoking in there and to hide it there was a car freshener in the wall air conditioner unit.

Doing some remodeling, supplies stored in swimming pool area, so it was closed. Looks like the remodel has been going on for a while, paint splashed on the carpet in stairwell, Sereral broken things in the room, deadbolt wouldn't work the young man tried to fix but couldn't, I borrowed a chair from pool area that would fit under the door knob...😁😁 Smoke alarm was missing.

The young man was pleasant. Room fairly clean and bed was comfortable. Great restaurant next door.

under remodeling, no tv remote, no toilet paper, mattreses more like a rock. when the remote showed up only the volume control worked, so i watched spanish speaking nature tv for an hour, then thankfully fell asleep.

Pool was closed and lobby was under construction. Our room was thrown together, after they painted. No light bulb in lamp, tv remote did not adjust volume on TV and no way to adjust it on TV itself. No screens on window. Heater cover falling off/ broken. Missing outlet covers.

The manager barely acknowledged me when I arrived. He had to get someone to help him hook up a computer to find my reservation. He never said a more than a few words amid the ongoing demolition of the lobby. Construction debris everywhere. Towels stained. Security lock on the door broken. This place should not be open in this condition.

the property was kinda run down, we got there to find out the pool and hot tub weren’t in working order and that was one reason we wanted to stay there. And for the second thing I was taking a shower and got out and fell and got a 6 inch cut on my back along with small cuts on my knees and some bruising because, I had to use a small towel to stand on and not a actual bath mat. They gave us a different room for whatever reason which was a little better, the first room had things falling apart. The second room they gave us had a hot tub in it and it didn’t even work. The hotel just needs a really good handyman that knows how to fix the things and speak English to. Thank you
