You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately our shower in room 139 wasn't working and never got looked at after I mentioned it. Water trickled out. Husband told them it was a bad shower valve. I was told to be patient because they were busy. They wouldn't consider moving me to another room either. I asked for a first floor room 2 weeks prior because of a broken foot. Didn't want to deal with stairs but I got a room on a floor with stairs, but again wasn't allowed to move. All reservations were handled virtually, no one at the property which was insane for a Daytona 500 event weekend. Floors in the room need to be swifter. Never saw a broom, vacuum, mop, or swifter on the janitorial crew. No maid service avail during our 4 night stay either. Rooms are not sound proof, can hear everything outside, people talking, traffic, train, etc. Bathroom was very small. No light for the shower area either. It was dark with bathroom curtain drawn. They should have offered to compensate us for the 2 big issues (stairs & shower) esp while they're repairing hurricane damages. No access to beach or pool. Parking very tight and limited for now. I most likely would overlook staying here again.
Resort has potential once hurricane repairs are made. Beds were comfortable. A/C unit worked well. Hot water was prevalent in the bathroom sink. Nice size TV in room.
