There were stains on the curtains, box spring cover and on the comforter provided. The comforter smelled like cigarettes. There was a large missing swatch of carpet just outside of the room I stayed in, and there was no signage to indicate why or when it would be fixed.

The area, no microwave or refrigerator, It was almost like being in a insane asylum, the other guest were crazies I think they all live there.

Looks of the outside are deceiving! It’s nice and remodeled outside but once you walk through those doors The entire inside is so run down. It smells of skunk/marijuana. Our room was tiny. No sitting area or table just a bed and a plastic red rolling chair. The bed was not comfy, the pillows were flat as can be and the carpet was all worn and torn. The bathroom was a joke! The sink was cracked to the point I was afraid to touch it or it’d break in half, everything was rusted. I got stuck in the bathroom, the door wouldn’t open my boyfriend had to bust through it. It’s not near anything! There’s a Ruby Tuesday across the street but other than that the area looks like an old run down industrial area. It was just all around…..just….bad. Wouldn’t recommend!

Lack of maintenance and upgrades. Rooms damaged by smoker’s use and lacked coffee, etc. 24/7 in lobby and neither remove worked with TV.

Staff found a third room that meet minimum standards as “acceptable”. First room was issued as no smoking but it smelled of heavy smoke. Second room had broken sink/countertop.

It smelled like marijuana in the hallways all the time. It was very run down and not well maintained. We only had 2 pillows that were very thin and when we asked for 2 more they stated they had no extras. They do give you an ice bucket with a bag but no lid and The only ice machine is on the 2nd floor and they only way to get there is up the steps. There was no microwave or fridge. It was just a bed with night stand boxes attached to the walls, a small desk with a nasty dirty chair & a bathroom. You also need to bring your own personal shower stuff cause all you get is soap. I won’t be staying here again.

The room was filthy, there was a used condom wrapper in the bed and feces stains on the base of the toilet. The room was scorching hot and the AC did not work - it was too late to deal with all that by the time we got in so we ended up leaving and not even staying the night

Was charged an extra $10 for breakfast which they do not provide. TV service was terrible, asked for extra 2 pillows only got one, were told wash would not be done till next day, only one hand towel and wash cloth provided for a 2 person booking, was told same thing about wash.
