You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool was green and a family of ducks seem to have made it their home .
Lots of parking an a few places to get food around the area , Walmart with in 5 min drive . Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good , waffles, bread, bagels , cereals, eggs and sausage . Our room was very spacious.

The room had a weird smell … the toilet seat was broke at the back …. The bathroom was not clean and I had to request more towel cause the towels I had was stained up

The first room was not the best.
The front desk staff were amazing! Dewayne and Jade took really good care of us. My sisters were ready to leave due to location and issues with our room but we were upgraded to a better room and we really enjoyed the room. I will definitely come back.

The Front desk Lady was Never around.Also on The day Me an my Wife trying to Check out Early around 6am Front desk Lady was No were to be Found so me and my wife had to write down on a piece of paper from the front desk writing down are room and putting are room cards cause front desk lady wasnt around an just two nights before we were looking for her for some snacks we wanted to purchase she was outside Smoking with some people that came to the hotel to see her. As me an my wife were looking for the front desk lady so we can purchase snacks from the snacks area her an her Friends from outside Raise there Finger up telling us to wait a min after we spot her outside next to a vehicle with people in it. A few moments later she came in an wrote the snacks down on a note pad an the smell of Weed was just coming off of her an I was Annoyed cause i thought maybe she was talking to someone about a personal Matter but No it was cause they were Smoking.

The cleaning in the room. I was not comfortable when we arrived. The clerk had to ask the cleaner to remop the floor. However, not the hotel. The hotel was clean.
The only problem we had was the room floor was not cleaned when we arrived and the closet rack broke. The cleaner had to come and mop the floor and the clerk bought a portable clothes rack to the room. Everything else was great.

The bathroom door handle was broken. There were stains from the bleach on the bed covers. We tried calling the front desk from the room phone and our cell phones and could not get a hold of them.

Only complaint there was a sewer smell in the hall way. I don't if they were having some kind of plumbing issue or what. The good thing is it stayed in the hall, I couldn't smell in the room.
Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Loved there was a Wafflehouse in the same parking lot!
