United States of AmericaNeeds some updating. Walls are paper thin can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Sounded like the guy in the room next to us was rearranging furniture all night. My dog barked once because of the noise he was making then the guystarted beating on the door that joins the rooms. Got up early and left

United States of AmericaThere was a large dead cock roach near the middle exit door which appeared to be dead for a few days. I didn't like the fact that they didn't have breakfast, as advertised, however, that was due to the restrictions in place as a result of the pandemic.
It's quiet, and about a half-mile from I-81, so there was not a lot of traffic noise. Plus it's pet-friendly with no charge for pets up to 80 lbs. It's also close to several restaurants, fast-food places and gas stations.

I booked for a 2 bed room ( that was not ready when i got there), I ended up with a one king bed room. the smell of mold was the first thing yiu smell walking into the building, the rooms are nice but it to 3 to get me a room ( the other had a air cleaner sanitizing the room, the desk person are great and i did report it to her and will be contacting the hotel’s representative. i do not wish anyone to stay there until the place has been thouroughly cleaned. IT SMELLS AS ID IT HAS BEEN DLOOSES😒 inwould also like to know how can i be accommodated for getting nothing i paid for. thank you patricia smith

United States of AmericaFirst thing you walked into the hotel walking into hallway smelled of marijuana. Room keys didn’t work properly after the last night there had to have it redone so we could get into room. Room smelled of cigarettes, yellow stains on bathroom ceiling plus sheets didn’t stay on bed noticed cigarette burns in the mattress. Bought room deodorizer to help with the smell. The doors to get into hotel with the room key was never locked so really anyone from the street could have come and go without having a room. The curtain covering the window you could not look outside, because it was barely hanging from the wall and the screws were visible. Beds were old and springy. The pillows were balled up filling inside. The morning we were leaving my husband took a shower after he was finished the curtain and rod fell on him, he tried putting it back up but it was a lost cause. We paid quite a bit to stay there as it was closer to Auburn since the other hotels near there were booked. I know this happens that they charge triple the amounts for hotels during football season. This hotel however is in need of dire repair, and needs lots of updating.
