The price I paid was a bit high considering there are no amenities at this hotel.

I liked the size of the room and that it had a mini fridge and microwave available.

The TV didn't work during my second stay, but I didn't really miss it.

The staff is so, so nice! My car was dead when I went to check out. One of the maintenance guys brought his truck over to jump it, and the hotel manager had new jumper cables. Got me right on the road. Above and beyond, I would say! The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms are clean, and the beds are pretty comfortable. The prices are amazing for San Juan Capistrano! I will continue to stay there when I'm working in town!

The only thing I didnt like was that there is a train very close to the property and there were moments that it was very disruptive to trying to sleep. Everything else was great. Location as far as proximity to freeway, restaurants, beach etc was perfect. Just the dang train.

The owner kindly helped me jump my car as I accidentally left the headlights on all night. What could have been a problem was immediately solved and with kindness which I really appreciated. Within 10 minutes of discovering my dead battery I was on my way to the beach .

The noise. Right off the freeway and there was a train that went by every night at 230 am and blew their horns. No coffee pots in the rooms, breakfast was not a option here. They only had coffee in office area from 7-9 am.

The maid service was great. They cleaned our room everyday. I received email a day before stating that due to rise in Covid they would not clean rooms daily but they did.

The location was questionable, because of freeway construction, the train traffic, and the patrons in the parking lot of the In & Out restaurant. The price was a little high due to those circumstances.

Excellent clean room, bathroom, front room with couch & table, microwave, and refrigerator. I found the bed very comfortable.

It was cold and loud in the rooms. The beds were really hard, right next to the train tracks and construction. No coffee pot in room. Was veery expensive for what you got.

It was a great place to spend one night at ti go to a concert. The staff were all SUPER friendly!! They were very accomodating.

Occasional loud noise from train and trucks due to location. Room was clean except for one dental floss threader that was still on the floor.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Plenty of parking.

This property needs to upgrade their Wi-Fi. It is a poor quality… When working we want to have no interruptions in the Wi-Fi system. Perhaps you should call T-Mobile or get better Cox cabling, or move your Wi-Fi from the attic to a more central location so that it can assist working people the opportunity to do their work while staying… No one wants to gather outside in an area where it’s pulling stronger went in the room it goes away

there was a lot of noises machines ,something’s with wheels ,and one of those times the train just blast a noise when was passing by. I think that to avoid all of those a noises need to change the regular windows for double painted and it will block any noise I can tell you it will block all those noises.

it was very convenient, close to the freeway and it had suites available, had to cancel somewhere else because of roach problem and dirty place . so being the weekend I liked the fact that I could stay for a night to rest from traveling and visiting friend on our way to LA .

Hotel is situated between three highways. However noise cancellation is pretty good, so you only hear little traffic noise.
