Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower head had about 4 streams of water coming out… the room was not cleaned daily so I had to get towels every other day..
Convenient for my needs and location is next to the freeway so it is somewhat noisy…

Room smelled strongly of smoke, even in non smoking rooms. Cockroaches.
Very close to Disneyland which is where we were headed. Large beds.

My bed sheets were stained with some dark black color and had some holes in them. Walls are super thin you hear every step from everyone Parking lot is cramped and tiny Noisy Beds

TV volume was broke, no matter how high I turned it up I still could hardly hear it. Shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the place.
It may look a little shady but it’s not. Good for the price. No one bothered me at all.

But the property did not have an elevator, which made it really difficult to carry the luggage.
The manager was very nice. He helped us by keeping our luggage in the storage for few hours even after check out time.

The tv didn’t work. There was no toilet paper out first night. the sheets were stained and had holes. There was people getting arrested as we were parking.

The owners have started charging a $5 deposit for the key card. And I wasn’t able to get my $5 back because when I returned the key no one was at the counter.
The room was a little rough, but the price and location worked for me, and everything in the room worked.

To enforce not smoking policies, room had cigarette odor and musky smell. Blankets had cigarettes burns holes on it

We booked a non-smoking room & our room smelled really disgusting. Once I got home my hair reeked of smoke. But It’s a motel 6. I know not to expect the best out of the stay.

There were multiple strands of human and possibly previous pet hair on the towels and sheets. There were stains on the top blanket and the bed sheet. The floor, table and counter were a bit tacky to where I had to clean it myself- along with the toilet and luggage area (gunk and hair). I love that they allow pets and didn't really mind the pet hair (as I had a pet with me on this stay) it's just the curly long hair that I kept finding in the towels is what set me off.
The staff was super friendly and accommodated us the best they could. Parking was pretty easy, we didn't have any issues and other than the structure of the parking lot the overall location of the property was pretty convenient as we were new to the state and did do quite a bit of exploring around town. Honestly my dislikes were a little long but overall this stay was nice and the cleaning job could have been a one-off situation. I truly did appreciate the staff!

I killed 7 roaches. I've stayed here before and never had this problem I'm so disappointed. 2 of them crawled out of the microwave. Kinda killed it for me as far as the food and snacks were concerned. But the late night front desk guy was really nice. Staff is great there. But the bugs make it a deal breaker for me. Won't be returning.
