The small apartments are right on the beach, the condos are a short block away. Wasn’t a problem, just wasn’t clear when we booked it!

One elevator, very slow.

These condos are very spacious and have many cooking items in the kitchen. Has a pool in the second floor. One block from the beach. One elevator, so transporting luggage to the rental was a bit slow. Wonderful stay overall.

If we are bringing 9 to 14 people to the condos, why wouldn’t there be more than one parking spot at the hotel? One car had to park 10 blocks away but luckily we did find free parking in front of the hotel. We would have liked a TV in the bedrooms but we did make it work with the one TV in the living room.

It took to days to get the toilet unclogged. The fans and vents were dirty.

No toaster for breakfasts or hairdryer. Master bath door handle missing a screw holding it on was a bit frustrating causing the door not to lock. Toilet in second bath leaked from base a bit but was not a big deal.

Location was excellent for not being directly on beach, walk was so short to beach and boardwalk and being downtown was loaded with things to do all walking distance. Condo was clean, comfortable and large enough for kids to have their own space. Kitchen had everything for cooking dinners. Indoor pool was perfect for rain day and right across the breezeway.

Getting the keys, it wasn't very clear because I had to get the key at a different location than where I slept.

How spacious the place is. The indoor pool is nice for lousy weather days. The location is little bit far but still have good cafe and food around.

The parking was not good my party had to park on 21st street even though there was plenty parking spaces. The stairwells, elevator and entrance was not clean.

It was a very nice place to stay. Close to the beach, large clean rooms and great for families.

Dish washer didn't work not a big deal I brought 4 of them with us lol.my only complaint was we could only park one car at the condo had to park the second car on the street there was atheist 15 empty spots the 4 days we were there. I could see it if they were booked completely but they weren't but all in all great relaxing vacation for the family

the fact we could not get two parking passes when there were an enormous amount of open spaces, the fact that I booked in advance for the festival and then the same rental was half the price I paid

there was NO staff at all you had to check in at the hotel across the street and no one even came to get the garbage you had to do it yourself. you were also only given 1 parking pass for a condo that slept 12!

Only one tv for the whole condo. The only place to sit was on the couch which actually felt tacky, we covered it with a bed sheet so we could sit comfortable. Only 4 of us could sit on the couch, the rest of us had to sit at the kitchen table to watch TV.

The condo was really big. The beds were comfortable. It was only a block and a half to the beach and the boardwalk. It had everything we needed (except a toaster) for a nice stay. We will be staying here again.
