The staff are so accommodating and amazing! We were able to check in early. They gave us free drinks at check in! There was a live band, great food, and they even have a fire pit to hang around. I’m so mad we forgot our swimsuits; the pool is super cute and heated. The front desk were so helpful- they even let us borrow a bottle opener. Bonus: we had a disco ball in our room.

Coffee served after 8am is truly late. If you need to go to work or a hike, 8am is too late. It would be great to have coffee in the lobby at 7am or even a bit earlier. I know there is coffee in the room too, but lobby would be nicer. Pillows, they are really small, I couldn't sleep well, next time I will need to bring my own pillow.

No extra charge for our little dog, we really appreciate this a lot! Nice details in the room, loooooove the disco ball, really really nice!!

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t just love about this place. We arrived late at night and the gentleman at the front desk was a delight. I thought maybe the grounds would show wear and tear by the light of day but nope! Still delightful under harsh lighting.

The venue is so cute! It has a mid-century modern appeal that is so tasteful it has me reconsidering my home decor.

No elevator…. I have bad knees from a past injury.

I booked the wrong night, staff were able to find us another room. They were very friendly, understanding. Room was unique and clean. The bed was so comfortable, we were well rested. Beautiful location

Some of the body wash and lotion bottles needed to be refilled, but I notified front desk who was super helpful. Honestly, if that's the only thing that needs to be addressed, I say this place is doing quite well :)

The vibe of this place is great, it really makes it a gem. I have stayed here four times now and every time is consistently great. They also have EV chargers so I'm able to charge my vehicle overnight. This hotel is always my overnight stop to break up my trip from CA to NM. I always recommend this place to anyone passing through Flagstaff.

The bed and pillow were on the smaller side but still very comfortable.

Staff member upon check in was extremely kind and patient with our late arrival. Although the room was on the smaller side, every detail was very well thought out where the space never once felt cramped or lacking.

The in-room coffee maker was inadequate and coffee in the lobby wasn’t available until 8 am. (We like our early morning coffee). No complimentary breakfast but there is a Mexican walk-up restaurant on site that serves breakfast burritos and an IHOP is just a few steps away.

The decor was retro and very fun-even a disco ball lamp in the room. The beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower exceptional, amenities exceptional-inviting pool, gas fire pits, lawn chairs and games in the well maintained lawn area, even a separate dog park. We only stayed one night as a road trip drive through but want to go back to Flagstaff as a destination and would stay at the Americana.

Not the sort of place you could walk about at night. But we did walk to a good restaurant 10 minutes away on Route 66 (Fat Olives) but we left there at 8pm

Location and Funky Decor

The rooms are somewhat noisy but that's just way it was constructed long ago. Thin, non-soundproofed walls were normal back in the day when people were respectful of others. Now everyone lives in their unique one-of-a-kind bubble of self love. Not much can be done, bring earplugs and choose the second floor if you don't want anyone over you.

I'm in town a lot and finding a decent place that is not going to cost me an arm and a leg is difficult. This might just be the spot where I stay from now on. I like that you can drive right up to your room. It's not in the best location but it is close enough that you can walk to several restaurants, including one of the best in town, Fat Olives. It's also close to White Dove Coffee, probably the best cafe in the area. The onsite restaurant Baja Mar, which is more of a "order at the counter" and take your food into the lobby or to your room is very good! Overall, this place is great and I hope they make it even better as time goes on.

Cute old style motel updated with quirky mid-century theme. Even had a disco ball :) Was very clean. Comfortable bed. Good value. Good location on historic Route 66 with plenty of parking. Staff was efficient and welcoming. Great little find!

Lovely rooms at a great value for money. New, clean, comfortable and functional. A five minute drive from Flagstaff downtown. A perfect place to recharge your batteries if you're visiting the Grand Canyon or Sedona.

Love the style of this hotel. Old school disco with space theme. Beds were comfy and the bathroom is top notch. Also love the outside of this hotel, very clean and friendly. 10/10.
