The hallway smelled like smoke most of the time. The continental breakfast was not desirable. The toilet squealed when you flushed it. The pictures of the place does not represent what we actually saw and experienced.

The building didn't look back. The hallways were clean but the rooms smelled like musty mildew. They were clean but the room had alot of moisture. The side door was propped open with a rock. They should be a sign stating no propping of door for security reasons.

Our room was so dirty. There was spoiled food in the fridge, wires to the lap were cut and taped back on poorly- could cause a fire so we unplugged. Foot of bed was broke. The AC is either on or off..no auto and thermostat didnt work.

The location is great for a quick overnight stay. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The guy behind the counter. Curb appeal needs to be addressed.

We arrived early (prior to 3pm check-in time) with rooms reserved. The guy behind the counter was dismissive and very rude; and wouldn't (initially) acknowledge our reservation. He kept interrupting me saying "rooms aren't ready." All we wanted him to know was we had arrived. We waited in the parking lot for15-20 minutes trying to reach others traveling with us. The desk guy eventually came out and set us up with our rooms.

Better customer service. And more than two towels. The Attendant was very rude to me and my husband because we are minorities he look at us like We had committing a crime. asked him if he was OK because the way he looked it at us. and I would never stay there again

I understand that budget prices often come with budget amenities, however, there is no excuse for things not being clean. There was mold growing in the toilet bowl so not sure when bathroom was last cleaned. One of the towels was extremely stained by what I assume was hair dye. The whole place had a strong chemical smell.

Exterior perimeter was run down in locations, not well kept. No facial tissues available. Toilet was difficult to flush and not clean inside the bowl.

TV selection was good. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very dated and a bit run-down. Very basic amenities and not super clean. However, for weary travelers the rooms gave us what we needed. Beds to sleep in and hot showers!

The location was convenient for traveling and availability of three rooms on very short notice.

Worst breakfast I've ever had, juices were watered down, only cereal and rolls (that frosting melted) and sign outside said waffles(didn't have). Took over two days before outside trash emptied. Employees could not or would not speak english.

There was a bag of medication sitting by the entrance and another pill bottle by the entrance. The toilet was nasty and not cleaned. The staff was not friendly.

Property was very dirty and smelled horrible. There were bare wires on the lamp cord and bugs everywhere. We left as soon as we saw the room. Asked for refund and was charged two more times instead. Still fighting to get my money back

Unfriendly staff. Dirty common areas. Bathroom floor in disrepair. Power went out to TV fridge fan and ac and didn't come back on until morning.
