Felt that the breakfast was a little light on food choices. Had no way to get ice.

Very clean. Parking lot was well lighted. Felt safe during my stay.

The kitchenette was a waste. There were no cups, dishes, silverware or coffee pot. Not even paper towels. The refrigerator was handy .

The property was nice and the staff was also. Great location! The breakfast was great.

The room had a funny smell when we arrived and the a/c had not been turned on ahead of time. We walked into a smelling warm room. We had to turn on the a/c and leave a while hoping the smell would subside and the room temperature would be more comfortable.

Only thing I could find wrong were the pillows were uncomfortable but otherwise it was a perfect quick stay.

Very clean and great staff. We travel a lot for my daughter’s gymnastics meets and it was so nice to get to a very clean hotel and relax.

last night was New Year’s Eve. someone left their dog in a room alone close by and it barked for almost an hour and a half til their return from festivities I guess.

The rooms were very nice, beds really comfortable. Staffing went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again.

We would have liked a coffee maker in the room as well as a bath mat for the tub. My 82 year old mother was afraid of falling while taking a shower as there was no anti-slip mat.

Rooms were clean and adequate size. We liked having both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The room was quiet and everything worked. Comfortable pillows and mattress. They provided good choices for our breakfast options. The location was only a mile from the event my friends and I were attending.

Staff was friendly, Hotel smelled clean and room was especially clean... i was nervous booking here because i had read so many bad reviews on other hotels in the area...but i was really amazed. Definitely glad i chose this hotel, will definitely use them again when in the area.

My room  was nasty the sheets on both beds were dirty in my room had so many roaches!!!! I took pictures and I recorded the roaches. I was told that the manager would be in the very next day at 8 o’clock, so I waited to check out so I could talk to him but when I asked for the manager, the lady said he was not in. . I told the lady at the front desk that I needed to speak to him because of how the room had roaches everywhere they were even crawling in the bed with me. I open the dresser drawer and I had baby roaches in there so sickening and disgusting they offered to give me 25% of the room back which would’ve been only $50. I told the lady after she said she spoke with the manager that that was unacceptable. I need a lease half of my money back or free stay somewhere else because I will not be staying at this hotel again in Prairieville, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana, especially room 214 the manager was supposed to call me. I waited and I waited and I never received a call from him.!!!  Something really needs to be done about this because like I said, I have proof because I took pictures and I recorded the roaches !! Ravi is supposed to be the managers name that never contacted me . If I don’t hear from him soon, or even from Booking.com, I’m going to make sure that those pictures and recordings is placed where people can see them !!!! I am very disappointed of the service, and how nasty the room was !!! The lady at the front desk lied  to the manager and said I agreed to the $50. I did not agree. I told her to tell him that was unacceptable. I also took sick that night.
