The shower was dirty and busted, and the electrical outlets were loose. TV didn't work, carpet was torn in spots, walls and furniture were damaged. Place was a bit run down.

that we couldn't check in upon arrival even when I gave a estimated arrival time but no one got back to me about being able to check in at that time so they made us wait for 5 hours before checking us into the room

drove for 5 hours and was told we couldn't check in for another 5 hours unless we paid a 30 dollar check in fee plus 150 dollar deposit that I'm still waiting to receive back

The first room I was given, #116, smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't feel safe in the room because the chain lock was completely removed from the door. The faucet in the bathroom was difficult to open and close. After waiting a long time for the hot tub in the room to fill with water, I couldn't find a way to turn on the jets. A call to the front desk gave me the option to move to another room. The second room was a much cleaner room with a chain lock. Breakfast bar was out of coffee cups so I had to ask for some.

The second room I was given (after the first one wasn't acceptable) was clean and there was adequate toiletries. The jetted tub worked.

Too many people just walking around the property begging. Police there all the time. Front Desk lady rude (Not Mary). My key to my room had to be reset every day. They dont know why. That was very displeasing. Breakfast was okay. Same thing over and over. The Apple Juice machine has not worked in months. Garbage all over the parking area. The Laundry was filthy.

Room was the right price for what I needed. You cant expect luxury when you pay the booking price. Room was fine. Bed was fine. Mary the front desk person was the best. She keeps the place running smoothly. She is the only one that does a good job.

I had to go to the front desk and get cables for the television. They were missing. The Refrigerator did not work. Made all kinds of noise and when I opened the door it was hot. No reason to let the people at the front desk know because they will not do anything. This stay there were lots of police activity in the hall way outside my door. The parking lot is full of people parking there RV's and using up close parking. They should park in the back and allow people with vehicles to use parking spaces

The room was comfortable. The Airconditioning worked well. The Large tub was comfortable. Bed was just like I like.

There was ice cream from previous person who stayed in the room. The refrigerator did not work very well did not keep much cool. The coffee maker didn't work at all just kept bubbling the water. There was a lot of loud people screaming and arguing down stairs.

The customer service wasnt friendly they engaged in conversations with each other not really paying attention to customer we had some problems the room the spa tub jets weren’t working we called several times no one answered than I sent my husband to the guest services since no one answered she wasn’t to friendly. So I ended up going in to get a refund and check out early once again she wasn’t friendly seemed like she didn’t really care my husband got me the room to relax on my birthday I was really looking forward to the spa tub but it didn’t work so I checked out early on a count of that and just went home early asked for a refund for the one night I didn’t stay and didn’t get fully refunded for price I paid on booking they said there’s nothing they could do.

The room was beautiful it was clean and spacious it was neatly designed and comfortable.

To many cops yall let ppl smoke blues in the rooms and when I was checking in the front desk lady full blown argued with me about my husband's seizure alert dog and tried to argue he was an ESA when seizures are a real disability and they train dogs for seizure alert

I just wish that people were able to check in early. especially when they've been driving most or all the night before. Now the one I was at a week ago wasn't too bad , and really cheap. I'll tell anyone who wants to know. It's not to bad to stay at for a night..

There is quite a large hold on the credit card when you pay. The room smelled of cleaning chemicals.

The location was really convenient. Parking was close to the room. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good considering the price. The coffee machine was broken but it was replaced quickly.

There are far too many broke down vehicles on this property. Loud music plays in the parking lot way too late. People live in travel trailers on the property and run extension cords from the rooms to power their trailers. I think this is crappy. I pay for a room, and they should not be living in the parking lot. Trailers take up parking spaces so you can't park in the vehicle parking area. I had a do not disturb sign on my door. The cleaning crew came in and cleaned my room while I was still occupying it. When I spoke to the front desk they told me that they have to clean it every 5 days. I called BS because this has never happened in the past. I have stayed here 10 different times. They have always respected my privacy.

Breakfast is decent. Same thing every day so there is consistency. I try to stay in the same room each time I stay there. It was a nice room. The heating and air conditioning work well. The Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is always clean. Easy to get on and off the highway.

The breakfast was decent but they are always running out of items and the apple juice machine has been broken for a long time with out being fixed. Parking is okay but they allow people to park and live in 5th Wheels and run extention cords across the parking lot. There has been a winabago parked with pull behind trailer in the lot taking up 4 spaces for the past month and they dont move. Looks ghetto.

Bed was comfortable, heating unit worked very well. Bath tub was very nice. All in all very clean and tidy.

Your check in process was horrible. For some reason it booked my two rooms seperately one under my husband and one under me. You have to fill out an complete application. My husband works in law inforcement and when I had to go look up the make and model of my car he said "oh great you booked us at a drug motel. I dought I will stay at another america best just because of the crazy checkin process.

The price of the room was good. The lady Mary at the front dest tried really hard to be nice even though I was frustrated. The room it self seemmed clean.

The heater was off upon my arrival after 8 pm in 26-degree temperatures so I selected 68-degree heat. I found the heater worked but the temperature selection did not, so I had to turn it off overnight, leaving me rather cold. I also found the TV was inoperative and asked for repairs the following morning. My business schedule was quite busy so I wasn't in the room except late in the evening and was forced to leave the heater off while I was gone. I found neither repair was completed on the first day. I personally asked the staff for an update the next morning at breakfast and they had no record of my issues. I left for the day, returning late the second day. The TV was repaired but the heater was not. Upon check-out, I thanked them for the TV repair and reminded them of the heater issue.

Breakfast was well stocked and the hot waffles were excellent. The room was very clean and neat. The check-in and check-out staff was very polite and pleasant. Pricing met my needs.
