Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was disgusting. The nightstand was covered with sticky substance, bathroom sink/counter had hir, makeup and toothpaste drippings. Shower did not look clean-did not use. Entire space was in bad condition-looks like it should be demolished. Staff said wifi was not working.

I stayed here for 3 days and they never brought me a refrigerator or microwave and I had stayed for two nights and then I added on another night they wanted another additional 50 bucks and I had to pay a $30 for early deposit but I was already in the room that doesn't make no sense

Charged a $50 deposit upon check in. Told the guy I had to be at work at 5am and asked if someone would be there to give me my deposit at 4:30 am. Dude says no problem. Went to the office at 4:30, guess what? Guy claims he's got no cash on hand. Had to go back after work where I had to wait for the manager to show up. It all just seemed like a scam to get another $50 .

My room was dirty the microwave didn’t work matter fact I had to change rooms 3 times because the tv didn’t work also no fridge in one of the rooms and a electrical problem I went to plug something in and sparks flew at me from the outlet

Had I been put in the rooms I booked. Also if the refrigerators and microwaves worked if the rooms were cleaner.

They could be more accommodating toward guests who want to extend after booking online. I was asked to pay an additional deposit of $50, and $30 early check in fee when extending my stay one more night. They claim it is because I used a 3rd party to book the first night, but the 3rd party doesnt collect deposits if something is damaged... The motel does. I had work at 5am and when I was leaving I asked to pay for another night. They said I have to come back later in the morning, but I work till 12pm at least. So, they wanted to check me out, then charge me an early check in fee, and another deposit which doesnt come back to my account for 3-5 business days. That's an additional $80 I was not expecting to spend today, $100 I wouldn't see for 5 days back in my account, and I am sure they could have just charged another night without the fees because it's the right thing to do for a paying customer. Make the exception. They also had drug addicts stealing their microwaves. Mine was missing. There were no blankets. Just sheets. Terrible, honestly. No water pressure. The place needs work and so does their customer satisfaction rate for sober honest customers. And if they try to charge me a late check out fee, I will dispute it and I will tell BBB.
I liked the $59 price through booking.com, and the free wifi. Water was hot in the shower.

Customer service in the morning because we tried to extend another night and were told either pay a $30 early check in fee or check out and check back in after 3 as well as being charged another deposit.

The rooms looked like they weren't even cleaned.. floor was dirty shower had hair inside bath tub... The blankets had burn holes in them from people smoking in the room.. all around the rooms were dirty
