I only had two minor issues. While the surface areas were clean, the room could use a detail clean. A magic eraser to the walls would work wonders. The only other issue I had was that the outlet by the table didn't work. Not a big deal as I was able to push the table to the outlet on the other side of the room. Other than those two tiny things, we really enjoyed it there and will be staying again 😊

The lady who we checked in with was so sweet! The beds and surface areas were clean. The beds were comfy, and I was pleasantly surprised that the room not only had a coffee pot but also a microwave and mini fridge! The price is fantastic and the location was perfect for us. Next time I go through this area, I will stay again and bring a few groceries with me to store in the fridge to save on food cost 😊

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower needed wiped down , as well as the toilet. The floor even needed swept. It wasn’t horrible, just need a little more attention to the bathrooms.

Check in was smooth, used bookings to reserve and pay. The checkin was great, the young lady Madeline was cheerful and helpful with things. The room was nice large and clean. The bed was a bit firmer than would like but ok, Had many pillows to make up. The water was good in shower and had standard fair of soap/shampoo if needed.

smoke detector beeped the entire time like it needed new batteries. some of the staff couldn’t read the room number, written by staff, correctly. lady handled me paper to sign for a completely different room at check out.

Ok bathroom tub needs slip prevention Matt for sure . Be nice if folks was alitte more less active at night. Doors closing and talking outside my door but that's not on you guys just wanted to vent .oh sink and tub water faucets dripped that's money going down the drain sir.

Couldn't turn on the bathroom light without the fan coming on. The fan was too noisy and got on our nerves the whole time we used the bathroom or showered. The parking lot was way too small. Trucks could barely fit in there. It looked like we were almost going to get stuck.

The king size bedroom was very big & cozy. We love the extra room with a love seat & coffee table.

The bed was wore out and needed to be replaced. Floors were dirty even after I ask them to clean them feet will be black if you don't wear your shoes. The shower head just trickled out. The breakfast is almost non existent few Honey buns , cereal and 3 apples. Won't be staying there again.

Booked online a NON-smoking room and got a smelly stinky room that wasn’t even clean. Went back to office and was offered another room but the key didn’t work, walked back to office and they had to come manually unlock the door. TV was not working, remote batteries were bad and the cover was missing. Bathtub had yellow stains all over the bottom. Pillows are old and worn out and the cases were yellowing. Nothing felt clean in there.

When making my reservation, the site stated that for a room of 3 people there would be a king bed, not comfortable, and a couch hide away bed. When we didn't get the hideaway bed I asked the ofc person if we could get one. She stated there was no hiaway beds available. Also the website we booked through sent me an email stating due to covid 19 possible concerns no breakfast or housekeeping would not be available. So upon check out, I spoke to the attendant on staff about my complaints the previous night. She said they had 13 hideaway beds available and that the company was responsible for the email notification of possible covid 19 that it had been 6-7 months that there had been no restrictions. I also requested a senior citizens discount and was told they didnt have that to offer. I was fully expecting a partial refund of the room. I can't say I will use that hotel when I visit the area again. I was not given what was promised, and I was very upset learning of the availability of a hideaway bed and one was not given. Thank you for 1- I was not given a place for my 3rd person to sleep. The king bed was not comfortable. The floor was dirty and wasn't able to get rest we all so deserved. I'm very unhappy !! This place is very unprofessional very very Rude ignorant down under cover racist owners especially the (wife) the whole set up about the place was very trashy and disgusting it look good on the outside of the place but the room was crawling with covid and other bugs and insects all through the room. It had a very old closed in smell AND THE BEDS WHERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE THEY DONT CLEAN AT ALL very unsanitized and the mattresses where so black and green I dont think they never bought new ones seen the 70s very very unprofessional owners and racist

The room could have been cleaner. The sheets were stained and the chairs had fur/hair in them. Booking.com did not give us a deal on the room, in fact it was regular price and my card got charged 2$ fee when i decided to use another card to pay when i arrived.
